Boiler trouble... but not any more. New PCB fitted and fan. Communication was first class and done everything possible to sort the problem.

Woke up this morning with no heating or hot water. Posted the job on rated people and within 5 minutes he rang and promised to be with me that morning. Arrived within the hour and fixed the problem quickly and very reasonably. Would highly recommend.

I had a significant water leak from under my kitchen sink. Harun was prompt and immediately set to work to source the exact spot. The space was extremely limited and he had to become virtually a contortionist to define and fix the problem. He was polite, professional, courteous, friendly, likeable and obviously very clever, He could not have done more. Thank you very much!

Boiler was not working. No hot water or heating. I Tried to do the basic checks. Checked water pressure, checked for leaks, checked for air locks bled the radiators. No changes boiler still not working. Phoned Haroon late Sunday afternoon he gave me a time the same day. He turned up prompt rang upon arrival. He was polite, courteous good and professional. He checked the system radiators, thermostats, valves, ran his diagnostics and came to a conclusion that there was a faulty diverter valve. He came next day and less than 24 hours fixed it. Fantastic job done, well recommended heating engineer. He was honest saved me alot of time and expense. Now heating fantastic at its optimum and hot water. Also used genuine Vaillant parts for my Vaillant boiler. A rapid response thank you.

On time very helpful definatley recommend very clear as to issue and how to resolve it

Haroon, was punctual, polite helpful He promised to come back the next day with the needed part which he fitted quickly He left no mess cleaning up after he had completed the job.
Especially so was his concern over our situation whereby a family member had just been discharged from hospital he thereby kindly prioritised our job as we has no heating or hot water

Boiler breakdown looked highly likely to need a full boiler replacement (due to age), and potential big expense. Haroon however was able to diagnose a failing component and thought swap out was worth a shot. Thankfully it proved a success. Very professional and polite service. Great communication throughout. Haroon definitely goes the extra mile to look after his customers.

Amazing service..on time, very respectful service guy and fixed the problem in very good way. 10/10
