The guys were polite, explained what they were doing and tried their very best to fix an old out of date boiler. Thankyou for your persistence.

My boiler broke down on a Sunday afternoon, leaving me with no heating and hot water. I contacted my heating emergency cover supplier who arranged for an engineer to come on the Tuesday, but unfortunately he developed covid symptoms and couldn’t attend. They arranged for First Response to come the following day. The engineers were very polite and happy to answer my questions and sorted the problem out very efficiently. I would definitely recommend them.

Haroon and Joe arrived within a couple of hours from first call...prompt and efficient...serviced my boiler and spotted and sorted minor fault...and contacted the manufacturer on my behalf...Great service ... he's in my phone and I wouldn't hesitate to use again !!

I had a boiler service done and was carried out with profession, with good manners and within the time frame given. Definately would recommend this company.

No hot water or central heating this morning, text Haroon with first response 360 & got reply straight away. Haroon was here within the hour, sorted the problem out & had rep!aced temperature Sensor in about 15/ 20 mins no problem! Would recommend & use this firm again, thank you.

Excellent service from the engineer. Was very helpful and would answer any questions about heating/boiler.

Had no hot water so contacted First response. He replied to calls immediately and quickly found availability of the part needed. When I confirmed I wanted the work to go ahead he arrived the same day. Excellent workmanship and he kept the area around the boiler clean and tidy while working. Once the part was installed he thoroughly checked everything. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Hot water problem was eventually solved by Hanoon by fitting a part that was difficult to identify as a problem. Everything seems fine now, thank you very much, good engineer.

Haroon did an excellent job! He had to come back three times to fix the problem with my boiler. Turned up each day at exactly the time he said he would and kept me fully informed of what he was doing. Highly recommend!

Asked Haroon for a gas cert, and on attendance a fault was found on the boiler, he first asked me to check if it was still under warranty, unfortunately not. Part obtained quickly work carried out professionally, left clean and tidy. Good communication through out very reasonable cost. Would recommend!!🙂

I have had to get another boiler fixed.
Obviously went to Haroon to sort after his help advice and service provided with my other boiler he fixed.
Again Haroon did not disappoint.

Haroon engineer did a excellent job.completed the job and very helpful explaining all. Cleaned everything up. Very good engineer.
