Customer service is there 24/7 whenever you need it. Great for troubleshooting or general questions to get you and your pup set up.

I use FitBark for my cat. I live in an apartment complex and set a zone around my place. When my cat Leroy leaves the zone I get an alert so I can check on him. I feel much safer knowing where he is.

One of my dogs made it his goal to escape our fenced yard. He got out one night in an ice storm and made it 6 miles before we found him. The next day we ordered a Fitbark GPS tracker. Now, I can find him anywhere on our 10 acres and track him if necessary. He seems comfortable wearing it and it is easy to charge. The customer service has been great. It has given us peace of mind that we know where he is all the time. For the price, it is a great product.

Fitbark gives me piece of mind that I will be able to find my lost pup if needed.

I like knowing how she slept and how much activity she’s had. Only problem is occasionally the app freezes and doesn’t load info from the past 20-24 hours even though I have good wi-fi. I have to shut down my phone and/or reload the app

We rescue big dogs. Our latest, a springer spaniel, was left wandering for some time before she was brought to us. So she had a wandering spirit. Although we have 11 wooded acres fenced - she was tough to find. Fitbark enables us to zero in on her location. A big relief! We can find her wherever she runs.

Easy to set up and keeps accurate details of where my four legged kids are! It also help me keep track of their activities during the day and sleeping habits. I highly recommend!

I really appreciate fitbark for the sense of security it gives me knowing where my dogs are. It lets me view their location from anywhere. The only down side is occasionally it sends me notices that they have left home when they haven't

Our doodle is half border collie, and so it is important to us to make sure that he gets adequate exercise in addition to making sure that he is mentally stimulated. Our Fitbark helps us keep track of whether or not he’s moved his lil body enough throughout the day, and takes the guess work out of it. Over the three years that we’ve had a Fitbark (two devices in that time - zip ties failed one time) I can’t tell you how many times one of us has said “oh buddy you don’t have that many points today,” or “ you’ve gotten plenty of points and now it’s raining so tough luck.” Its also helpful to see how his activity compares to dogs of his breed mix and dogs overall.

This pet tracker has given me such wonderful peace of mind to know where my cat is off to on her adventures. It has made recall a breeze since we got it for her ! Much more time outside for her and much less worry for me! A win-win!

Sometimes the FitBark tells me my dog has left home even when she hasn’t, and then it will say she arrives back home when she never left.
I also have issues with the battery/charging. The battery will die but still say has battery life left in the app. And sometimes the charging doesn’t work right.
I also have been having trouble with the tracking on the app, the bottom right of the screen wear you can tap “track” is always greyed out.

Trying to remove a deceased dog appears to be impossible. We don't need to track his health anymore....help.

Great tool! Love the improvements made to accuracy of movement tracking made over the years. I have recommended to every dog parent I know for 4+ years.

I use it to know when to increase activity, address sleeplessness and adjust pet health.

Only improvement would be automatic updates, rather than manual where I must go into the app.

I started with 1 FitBark for a foster dog with seizures. Sadly she died due to her health issues. I couldn't decide which of my 3 dogs should continue to wear the FitBark, so I purchased 2 more. They don't have GPS - my dogs are trained to recall and are safely with me when away from home. I love seeing their different activity levels. Whenever I have a question about operation of the FitBark, the staff are knowledgeable and very responsive. I have used devices for vehicle temperature monitoring thru cell service and that company doesn't present with nearly the same qualities. I have recommended the FitBark device to many other people. If my dogs don't meet their activity and rest goals, my house can suffer in a destructive way. They need their rest in order to be at their competitive best. I enjoy taking good care of my dogs and the FitBark is one component.

Great app & service to make sure my doggie is getting enough exercise.

The app can be jittery sometimes, where it doesn’t update all the time but otherwise it works well!

The FitBark app let's me keep track of my dog's physical activity and let's me know when I should keep them more active.

So far so good with this tracker. Its small design looks good on my dog and it provides peace of mind. I like how you can attach it to any collar you have instead of having to buy a specialty collar or accessory to hold it.

I like the app. It's super useful in keeping track of his steps. I like that it keeps track of mine as well through a connected health app. It's really cool to see how we rate against each other. Tracking his sleep is a pretty cool feature as well.

All in all this gps tracker is a great alternative to some other trackers. I'm actually disappointed in myself for not getting this one sooner. 😅 Lesson learned!

My little guy means the world to me and so does his health and fitness. As an aspiring agility dog he needs to be fit to go to class and trials. I enjoy the reading the daily stats !
