I very recently developed a bout of plantar fascilitis which drastically reduced my ability to walk . Having seen a physio, Fitcertify provided the correct medical exemption certificate to enable me to take a golf cart on to the course. The service was prompt and efficient. I have used Fit Certify several times for a medical certificate for cycling events. Their service has always been quick and efficient and the certificate accepted by event organisers. This year they went above and beyond. I applied in the normal way, but at around the same time, my credit card was hacked and a number of fraudulent purchases made. Despite me telling my card provider that the payment to fit certify was legitimate, they reversed the payment (after I had already received the certificate. I contacted FC and offered to pay another way - they simply said, don't worry, this one's on us. Great customer service and highly recommended!

Despite having competed in numerous overseas events in the past, it has become increasingly more difficult to obtain the necessary certificates.
My local GP no longer offers the service. Going privately would attract a consultation fee of £280.
This service has been quick, reliable, cost effective and most importantly been approved by the sportive organisers.

Very quick and easy process. Received the medical certificate within a few hours. Also needed a small amendment, which was changed quickly.

I used FitCertify as they advertised positively about an ECG diagnostic which I required for an upcoming race. I did receive a fitness certificate but they DO NOT conduct ECGs. I have asked them to amend their wording on their website.
