I genuinely cannot praise the lady who assisted me enough! Without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. My call was answered immediately, with absolutely no waiting time, and she was incredibly kind, professional and efficient from start to finish. She made the entire process unbelievably easy and stress-free, handling everything so quickly whilst being genuinely attentive and helpful. It is so rare to come across someone who provides such exceptional service with so much warmth and care. She is an absolute credit to the company, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Every company should aspire to have employees like her. If I could give 100 stars, I would without hesitation. Absolutely outstanding service!
