had our decking fitted 18 months ago. rails came apart few months after fitting. 9 months after fitting centre post began to sink. they came back and fitted a small pad underneath post. 6 months later post continued to sink. following numerous reports and attempts to contact the company after sales warranty team, no attempt was made to rectify problem. had to ask for a quote to get through. finally the holiday park rectified the problem. this companies after sales and warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
would not recommend you go anywhere near them.

Excellent work definitely recommend to friends. I am so pleased what Dan and Dave did to transform my garden into a beautiful tranquil area that me and my family can enjoy. And they worked so hard despite the weather conditions against them nearly the whole time. But they completed it with the upmost quality they also kept me up to date on what they had done and still needed to do..

Yes, a great company who's work force take pride in what they are doing. The finished product when laid was outstanding. Two hard working young men, and Fitrite should be proud of them. I would recommend fitrite to anyone requiring a professional decking job at their home.

The product which is composite garden decking with stairs is attractive and the finish is excellent. All customer communication was very professional from the sales department, designer, surveyor and installation team. Special mention to installers Chris and Aaron who started and finished the job! They did a five star job. The overall score is 4 stars on account of the delays in obtaining all the parts for the installation such that it took much longer than expected from start to finish ie. 2 months instead of 1 week. This could easily be improved by better communication within the firm.

We are so so impressed and happy with the end result of our deck! Adam and Jay did a fantastic job! What impressed us most is the fact that they took care of attention to detail. We thought that the deck would stop where the fence posts started but they actually filled that gap beautifully! They were professional, friendly, polite and worked nearly non-stop in pouring rain. The deck looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! We will recommend Fitrite for anyone!!!!

Just had our deck fitted by Aaron & Chris and couldn’t be happier!! Highly professional throughout, fit and finish is superb and they went the extra to modify the step just to make it look even better.

We had a great service from Syke and Jack! They were two of the most hardworking people we’ve ever had. It was also the hottest couple of days, yet they carried on, leaving around 10pm one evening to try and get the job finished.

From our first meeting with John we was blown away by the professionalism and workmanship by each department. John himself is a valuable asset to the company making us very assured we was making the correct decision, When the work began Paul and Taylor arrived working to a very high standard, the job was complete within 2 days and they also offering guidance regarding solar lights which they later on came back to fit for us. We are extremely please with the end product which will last a long long time and look forward to enjoying it in the summer

Dan& team fitted a fence for us, they are really hard working guys and did a great job all we could here was laughter while they were working. weather was boiling,and they got the job done in 3 days, would highly recommend this company.

Johnny and Ivan were commercial fitters for fitrite and ours was there first domestic fitting. Ours was a difficult fit due to it being an old property and uneven flooring with access only through the house. They were extremely professional and courteous, they were allocated 3/ 4 days, it took five days with a 11.5 hour day to complete on the last, they were perfectionist, and we are extremely pleased with the product and service. Only let down is once fitted we never had any customer feedback call from the company. But regardless, I would highly recommend.

After three and half years the steps and edging of my grey decking had faded, i believed that it would be under the ten your gaurantee but no it is not. I have rang fitrite 5 times in six weeks and each time has been told someone would ring me back but as yet no one has.I cannot believe that plastic decking can fade after three and half years yet when they sell the decking to you nothing is said. i believe in the next 4 years my decking will be grey and white. All i can suggest if you have decking from fitrite when the sun comes oiut cover your decking so it cant fade

Asked for a quote and John Wade arrived dead on the time we agreed. The first thing we noticed was his enthusiasm for his product. He answered every question we asked, He went into full detail about what work would be carried out and why.
He meticulously went through all finance options as opposed to a cash sale, He has arranged a surveyor to come in and set a time for the team to come in and do the job. I will post more when the job is completed.
A thouroughly professional approach and a very nice man who is a credit to his company

Very pleased with the product and the service. William Reynolds came round and talked us through our option and the merits of the material before coming up with a reasonable quote. The fitting team did a great job and the finish looks really top spec. They were helpful when discussing with my wife whether to cut away part of a pre-existing metal fence, which they did in the end to improve the general look of the area. They tidied everything up after themselves and even seem to have done a bit of weeding of the steps leading up to the decking. Would highly recommend.
