Eventually emailed them and the voucher came very quickly with an apology, but not sure if I would use them again.

We tried to book a vineyard visit under five star days. No availability at all. Vineyard were unhelpful as well.
Got the voucher changed for a spa trip instead. Called the spa to book as per instructions and they had no clue what five star days is or what i was talking about. Scam

I've no idea what their "experiences" are like as I haven't managed to book one. My "experience" with this company, however, could not have been worse. Their so-called "customer service" is non-existent. Their response is largely via a badly-written automated email offering a "resolution" which does not fit with the details of the individual issue and it seems to take two days for them to click the button to send such an email (I think I've had four of them so far). Their staff are either the most incompetent and badly-trained imaginable, lacking even the basic capacity to read and understand emails, or this is deliberate strategy to make dissatisfied customers give up and go away. I have wasted hours of my time trying to get a sensible response by email and their persistent refusal to call me is in complete contravention of their own website which stipulates "Whilst our channels are digital only, of course if you reach out to us requesting a call back, then one of our friendly team will not hesitate to pick up the phone and reach out on the number you provide." - COMPLETELY UNTRUE!
Their offer of £5 off the cost of an experience using a code from one of their promotional flyers is dishonest. The codes don't work and it's impossible to get their customer service team to deal with the issue. This is dishonest, quite possibly illegal practice operated by a disgraceful company which should be investigated by Trading Standards. I also wonder about the company which includes these flyers with their greeting cards. Are they aware that they are in a business relationship with a disreputable company? Do they care?
Do not go near fivestardays.
24th August Update
12 days after posting this review, someone from Five-star-days emailed me with a fulsome apology and an offer of £15 off the experience. They also insisted that they took customer service seriously and would work with the agent to improve their performance. So at least action has been taken and I am happy to withdraw the suggestion of possible fraudulent practice. I am hoping that the actual experience I have bought is better than the experience of buying it!

I paid for an experience, before Covid typically. The venue has not reopened so I requested refund - No was the easy answer, could not be any help if they tried, certainly will not book anything with them again and I advise anybody to do the same.
I have had a response telling me they had "reached out" via Trustpilot for more information. I have no idea where they reached out to as I have received nothing
I have completed all that they wanted me to do, I have responded to them as requested, they can't be bothered to respond. Nobody should trust this company

I purchased an experience from five star days out and revived a voucher with last years date on! When I contacted them via email they apologised and said that they had not updated this years tickets and would sort the problem. I did not receive and updated ticket so requested a refund to which I was informed that a refund would be in my account in the next couple of days but 10 days at the latest - we surprise surprise still no refund. Absolute thieves!!!

When I contacted the company that operates the experience purchased from FiveStarDays they stated that this company is fraudulently selling experiences on their behalf & advised that my voucher is not valid. Unable to contact FiveStarDays as the company apparently has no contact details. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!
I purchased one of their gifts and unfortunately, I misspelled my email, which I appreciate was my error. I just needed them to send me through the e-voucher so I could then book my experience. Tried to ring, but the number given 08442 720560 doesn't work then I emailed. Received an email back asking for confirmation, which I gave. I also sent a copy of my bank statement showing they had received the funds. I have not received any further response back and I'm now down £45. The fact that you cannot speak to somebody on the phone is ludicrous, why would a company not have a contact telephone number so these issues can be resolved. I would urge anyone not to use this website and if there is anything further I can do to ensure they do not trade I would! They don't even warrant 1 star!!!!
DO NOT USE! Went to redeem a voucher for a helicopter lesson, none of the locations offer this and have advised me that this company is fraudulently using their location and photos when they do not have a contract with them. We now need to approach this company to try and get a full refund.

I bought birthday card for my son and the voucher that was in it didn/t work the number yes pin number no and bought the card on the 19 December 2022 and son birthday was on 21 December so the voucher shouldn/t be out of date

Be very aware that vouchers continue to expire even after they are redeemed. I redeemed my during Covid thinking I would then be in the hands of the provider, but no. They unredeem them if you don't get it booked before the original expiry. You buy the voucher they keep the money in at least a third of all purchases.

The actual experience of the voucher is no longer offered, as they claim they can't recruit staff. A refund was refused. So had a very very mediocre afternoon tea to use some value of the voucher.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Everytime I try to book the experience, there is no availablity. The small print apparently says that is my problem and when the voucher expires, there is nothing to be done as all experiences sold are "subject to availability". This is a complete con and illegal. In the process of getting a refund via my credit card company.
Absolutely shocking customer service. after having a gift bought, the experience didn't even exist and had been stopped, we couldn't extend the voucher loong enough to use for anything else and knowone ever returns our emails, despite getting countless spam and acknowledgement they recieve them, no one ever gets back to us. No customer contact phone number. We have just wasted £120. And they are still advertising the experience when it isn't actually offered.

Really poor customer service and a real contact avoidance strategy. Hard to find contact details when trying to contact you. No call backs when requested and waiting days for an email response despite the urgency of the enquiry.
So far I have "unfortunately" been given four five star days experiences,each were an ok experience, but nothing special, "BUT" please read the small print,as each time I've been presented with service Charge's on top of the pre paid fee,the last time was In the shard in London,while leaving after our meal,we were abruptly called back & asked to settle our bill,ie a service Charge,very embarrassing, also a car experience charged extra for insurance ! Luton hoo dining, extra service Charge ,when you're bought these expensive gifts as a present & then have to pay extra on the day yourself, it's a rip off.
Do not use this company, ordered an experience for my daughters birthday two weeks in advance, after 1 week and no experience received, got in tough by e mail, told they would try and get back to me in 2/3 days, nothing.Got back in touch again, no reply, getting frustrated by now, experience arrived 1 week after her birthday. Used the Covid excuse, never again & it was a Virgin voucher when it did arrive, Five Star my eye, no star more like
Do not use this company!! They falsely advertise locations for experiences that aren't available. They take weeks to reply to emails and blatantly dodge answering questions and giving refunds. I'm still waiting for an explanation and a refund for a voucher I purchased 8 months ago.
Poor website with too much text and no clear buttons to book - would avoid and recommend using another experience provider just for ease of booking.
