Superb service
Ryan was incredibly helpful on the phone when we had our original issue. Whilst incredibly expensive, we were supported with a replacement within 3 days. Amazingly this was in the middle of nowhere in Cornwall. Rich then was very responsive on the approach to our repair - on arrival he was such a gentleman, so efficient and really knowledgeable.

I was skeptical at first - their website looked a little “scammy”, they were too quick to follow up by Phonecall and text following my initial probe to see if they could help (they were able to help weeks sooner than Auto Glass or any of the other major replacement people my insurer initially suggested.) They just seemed too good to be true. Most things don’t work these days…!
BUT… I cannot fault them one iota. From initial customer service, to friendliness of the technician, to speed of slot availability and speed of actual replacement…. Just PERFECT!
And - (once I went down a rabbit hole with my insurer, AXA) - I could also claim back the full cost (minus excess) which negated the cartel that AXA seem to operate with Autoglass etc…
Cannot recommend them enough.

I found FixGlass through a Google search when looking to replace the car windscreen. Input information on their website for a quote and got a response very quickly. Absolutely amazing customer service, reasonably priced and great at communication/providing a track of job progress. The fitter (Patryk) was polite and has done an absolutely fantastic job. Ian, my installer arrived perfectly on-time and completed the job in the time specified. He was curtious, clean and tidy in his work and all questions I asked came with an answer, a fantastic and professional service from beginning to end.
