Can't fault this company
This company has great customer service as my parcel was delivered damaged all the bolts were there and the damaged package was not due to any fault by fixabolt. The deliver was quick to say it was standard delivery. I'm also happy with the product I ordered, I will definitely be using this company for future products

Hi Ian, as you did not opt in to email marketing, I assume you are referring to your order's dispatch notification and ETA updates (from the courier).
We often hear that customers like to get dispatch and delivery updates so they can plan their projects accordingly, but I understand if they were a bit much for your needs.
When people do opt in to emails, we actively avoid sending them frequently, as we know how annoying these can be.

Fixabolt went out of their way to ensure that the batch of items arrived very promptly. The bolts etc. are exactly as ordered at a price that could not be better anywhere on the internet. I will certainly use Fixabolt again.
