Poor service experience
Very disappointed in the service I have received. I had to wait 2 days after my agreed appointment to get the car booked in. The car was returned dirty and the repairs were sub standard. The car had to be returned to be rectified and I received little apology for the problems I had encountered. I am also disappointed that a cut tyre was not highlighted which could have been damaged in the accident. This was picked up at the service inspection carried out on the same day the damage repairs were rectified.

Thank you for taking the time to review our services, we’d like to apologise for the service you received.
Your vehicle was washed at a local cleaning company as we encountered a difficult situation where the company we usually use decided to leave the site on the day your vehicle repairs were completed, so we did our best to get your vehicle washed elsewhere.
Our body shop and the service department have different technicians. Our technicians wouldn't complete a vehicle health check around your vehicle and your tyre wouldn't had been picked up if this was not accident related. Which on this occasion it wasn't.
We can ensure you that we pride ourselves in excellent customer service and hope that in the future we are able to offer a better experience.
If there is a recurring problem that persists related to the repair completed by our bodyshop or you are not happy with your repair please let us know.
Great Team and Experience
Unlike my insurance company, Alex and James at the Bury St Edmunds branch kept me updated throughout and were incredibly kind and understanding. The repairs are amazing, and I know the team did all they could to save my mini from being swallowed up by the "write off" gods" I am so pleased to have it back. Completely stress free!
I had an unfortunate incident and was hit by another driver. Fix auto were appointed by their insurers and from working in insurance I knew what to expect but these guys went over and above.
Top hotch service - updates provided at every stage with either a call or text. Had the pleasure of dealing with James through the entire process. Repairs were going to take a few days - I dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 5pm.. I honestly couldn't believe it.
The work was fantastic, you wouldn't have any idea the car had been in an incident.
Highly recommended for work, and other companies could learn a thing or two from their customer service.

Every communication I had with them was clear timely and very helpful.
From Derek who collected my car, to the 2 lovely guys who brought it back.
