amazing, the assessor had the ability to assess the damage from a few exterior damage. He also had the ability to assess non-visible damage that apparently was the main contributor to the vehicle being 'written off'. Evidently the small digital camera used had an x-ray capability!

I was kept up-to-date with everything, and the courtesy car was delivered and collected from my house, which made it really convenient

Was kept up to date and informed throughout time working on car, although missed a small thing was very professional and sorted this out efficiently.

Had major repairs done to my BMW X5 a few years ago. This was a small job, by comparison, but I immediately contacted Fix Auto to see whether they could help me as I trusted their workmanship. Arnie was very helpful, as was the technician who did the work and the receptionists. Very pleasant atmosphere and would highly recommend. A lesson in not always returning to the dealerships!

My car was collected and earlier than I was expecting. They kept me up to date with the repairs and gave me an end date for the work and met that date. The work was done competently and looked good when finished.

The work has been carried out efficiently and on time.

Overall a great service. The only issue l had was on returning my car after the work had been completed l had a new airbag light on my dashboard which hadn’t been there before. However this was sorted out swiftly too. Thanks
