I had the misfortune of having a large van run into the back of my stationary Mercedes car. I managed to drive it to Fix Auto Colwyn Bay who promptly provided a quotation to repair my vehicle.This was approved by the third party insurance company - the parts were ordered and my car was repaired in seven working days. You cannot fault this company , from the reception to the mechanics . Professional , friendly , they go above and beyond to help you . Amazing 10/10 Car went in after someone hit it. From the moment I took it in for a quote then they called to organise pick up and drop off of a courtesy car the entire team are so personable. They even fixed my boot cover and went out of there way to order me a number protector . The car came back looking brand new and absolutely spotless. It has never looked so clean inside and out.
