I cannot fault my experience of Fix Auto Harlow! The repair on my car was literally amazing and the customer service I received from Abbie was superb. She was so helpful and reassuring and kept me updated throughout. She instantly puts your mind at rest. My car was given back to me sooner than I expected & was immaculate inside and out! The repair work looks like I’ve never had an accident, I honestly couldn’t be happier. I hope I never have an accident again, but if I needed to, I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Fix Auto Harlow. You won’t be disappointed!

Being a carer it was imperative I was back on the road as quickly as possible, so Fixauto’s help was not only for me, but for the vulnerable too.

After being driven from pillar to post by our insurer for 3 weeks following a no fault accident to our parked car, FixAuto Harlow have come to the rescue and arranged to carry out repairs despite it being outside their normal catchment.
