I recently was involved in a car accident and given Fix auto by my insurance company to carry out the repairs, they arranged for my car to picked up from my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My car was taken here via insurance company. Firstly, I was very pleased that FixAuto worked to return my car at lunchtime on 24th Dec. As I was going away 31st dec and they were shut from lunchtime 24th to 5th Jan.
Unfortunately there are 3 faults with the car: the engine management light is on, the bonnet does not line up horizontally at the front edges and some of the bodywork creaks when moving off or going over bumps.
All these need fixing after 5th Jan

Rob and the Fix Auto team did a fabulous job on my car. Looks even better than before. They answered all my questions, kept me updated. Can't fault them. Thank you all very much x
