My car was damaged on the rear passenger side door late last year. It was picked up for repair on the 21st of January. When it was brought back on the 3rd of February I noticed it was dirty on the drivers side but let it pass because it was such a huge relief to get our own car back again as we like to go to the park every day with our dog. My disabled hubby hardly went out in the curtesy car ( we only did 16 miles) Washing our car the next day I noticed this weird stuff all over the bodywork of the car ? The chap who brought it back in that condition ( they later said it was caused by blowback ?) finally came to buff it off late in the afternoon on Friday the 25th of February (he was obviously in a rush and got some of it off but not all) in the intervening time I’d noticed the cover for the fuel tank didn’t sit flush anymore, water could get in ? I’d taken photos of the damage to the car . It was no where near where the cover is ! The cover sits flush? He said he’d come back , finish buffing and sort out the cover the week after…..I’m still waiting 3rd week on 🙄 What was funny was him denying he was the one who’d brought my car back. He said he’d valeted it inside , there was nothing to valet as I’d left the dog cover in after being let down with the first curtesy car after I’d spent hours cleaning it !
Update they are supposed to be coming next Friday the 1st of April to do the work they should have done back in January.

Fantastic service from start to finish, from taking my first call and the drivers that dropped off. My car was bright back in first class condition and much cleaner than I sent it in. Very helpful throughout and sensitive to the flexibility I needed to bring the car in and drop off. Everyone I came in to contact with were all extremely friendly and customer focused 10/10

Great repair to car following storm damage. Bodywork like new. Delighted with the standard of the work. Courteous staff always professional. Darren in particular was knowledgeable and friendly.

Very poor service from Amelia on reception. I was without a car for a week after being told I could just seller tape my head light together and the car couldn’t be booked in till February 22nd a month after someone hit it. U reported the accident on Friday 7th January and then the car got taken Monday the 10th I didn’t get a car till the Friday 14th very poor service

The service was brilliant especially the guys that delivered the car, Darren in particular. They explained everything in full detail, great service would recommend to everyone.

Difficult to get a hold of. Repair done in a timely manner however promised phone calls on status never happened and I did all the running around.
Was very disappointed that they didn’t clean the car after the repair.
