Had a great experience with this garage following a recent motorway accident. Staff were friendly, responsive & transparent in their communications. Although this isnt my usual garage I would recommend this company to freinds and family. Thanks again to Phil for making me feel supported during an unstable event.

Oh my word!!! This company is fantastic. A lot of my positive review is due to the lovely fella, Phil, who was my first point of contact, with a friendly, professional phone call to sort out my repair. He was so efficient, phoning and texting EVERY time he said he would do.( No hanging around waiting for responses!) His manner was so personable. Defo in the right job to put customers at ease after a crash. And of course thanks too, to the fellas who mended my car and whoever valeted it before returning. It was so easy from start to end. THANKYOU.

Having slipped on ice and gone into a lamp post just before Christmas, Fix Auto Mid Cheshire were fantastic. Phil and Aimee made the whole process really easy. I turned up at 9am on the day of my booking, got a replacement car- which they sorted- and got my car back 4 days later looking great.
It took the sting out of the accident!

Repair carried out in the timescale advised by Phil. My car was collected and delivered back at an agreed time! and looked like a new car! What a service they provide and with real regular updates!

I can't really add to other recent reviews, which say it all. Absolutely excellent throughout the whole process, from spotting extra wing-mirror damage I hadn't noticed to valeting what must have been the dirtiest, dustiest and most rubbish-infested car they'd seen in a long while. (It now looks like new.) Five stars minimum!

Very positive experience..Communication good prior to the work being done.Work completed on schedule,replacement hire van organized ,seamless and professional experience .Van returned clean and valeted .

Took my car to be assessed by Fix Auto and Phil found damage that I had`nt seen on my 1st inspection. He contacted the insurance company and they gave the go ahead to repair all the damage.
He said it would take 5 days to repair and he kept me up to date with progress. He also dropped me to pick up the hire car and picked me up on return.

Car was as good as new and had been cleaned, inside and out.

Just brilliant service from these guys in Northwich. Although they were nominated by my Insurers to repair my car, I couldn't have found a better body shop. Communications were excellent, especially as a replacement part was on back order from the car manufacturer. Phil, the workshop manager went to endless trouble to obtain the part and even proposed a work around, though that wasn't necessary in the end. The job was completed quickly, a loan car was arranged without fuss and I'm very pleased with the end result. A genuine 5 star service & highly recommended.
