Everyone I spoke to was polite, informative and helpful from the moment they promptly picked up our damaged car to the moment it was returned. Not only that but they also liaised with the car hire company when they harassed us to return it. Cannot fault their customer service and the car looks brilliant too! Thanks guys.

I found them very helpful on my initial phone contact.
They arranged to collect my car and leave a courtesy car during the repair with no fuss or inconvenience to me.
The repair was done within a week and an excellent job made of it.

Fix Auto Mid Devon staff were so kind to me when my car was involved in an accident, Wendy, Linda and Andy knew exactly how to deal with someone who's car has been in an accident and have been upset by it.
They were so reassuring and easy to talk to and gave me updates on the progress of the car.
Quite a bit of work was done on my car, but when Andy brought it back it looked just like new!
I can't praise this company highly enough and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Helpful and seemless care from the team, from start to finish. .
They delivered a courtesy car, when they picked our car up.( unfortunately it was manual and I need an automatic, so we hardly used it) We had catchup phone calls regularly, letting us know how the repairs were progressing.The car was delivered back at the arranged time and appears fine. Great service from all the staff.
