What a fantastic company drop my car Friday 5 of December to be repaired starting . Told it would take 7 - 10 days had a phone call today that my car was ready . A great repair looks amazing all staff are so friendly keep you up dated at every stage. Don't be put off the distance from Telford because well worth the journey.

Kept up to date regarding what was being done to my car, received text message updates.
Negative is I wasnt given any notice that my car was ready until I received a phone call to say they were on their way to drop off. This caused stress and rush to then return the courtesy car within the time frame needed.

Car damaged rear near side. Estimate for repairs done immediately on presentation. Quote was competitive and timescale reasonable. Work started on time and completed earlier than expected. Very good quality repair - vehicle restored to as new. Staff courteous and helpful. Very satisfactory outcome. Recommend Fix Auto as a good repair shop.

Vehicle was ready on time but on…disappointed in pain work.
Vehicle was ready on time but on collection I was asked to pay excess a second time.
Upon inspection of the paint spraying I found dust or nibs in the paint, orange peel and masking tape residue.
It appears that final inspection of a vehicle before return could be improved.

I have looked at your file and can see that we had needed to order additional parts in the rebuild stage, this would unfortunately add additional time. Also, your car needed to go to Suzuki to have the ADAS calibration done, again adding additional time. If you wish to discuss any of this please do not hesitate to contact us.
