The service was first rate from the initial contact to the return of the car. There was incredible communication between the staff and myself. I was made aware of changes to the completion date and my car was returned better than new. I was concerned about paint matching because red notoriousely fades but somehow they pulled it off. The car was returned immaculate inside and out. If you have had an accident and you want a quality repair with a lifetime guarantee, this is where you should come

Fix Auto Penzance did an incredible job repairing my van after a large 100 year old tree landed on it during Storm Goretti. I was not only impressed with the quality of work but also the team managing. Joel Cameron and every member of the team were courteous and helpful. Joel lead from the front with regular comms and quick answers to questions. The loan car was also great. Good job...appreciated.

My BMW 320d recently went in for bodywork repairs. Fix Auto did an absolutely fantastic job, I honestly could not reccomend them more. They made me aware of other repairs needed on my car on top of repairing what it had been sent there for. They also cleaned the car inside and out, honestly they cleaned it better than the place I bought it from did!
Overall really friendly and welcoming staff too!

Absolutely brilliant service from Fix Auto Penzance in Cornwall! My van was repaired through an insurance claim, and the team went above and beyond. They replaced the chassis section, driver’s door, a wing, and even the whole bumper, so that everything looks like new.
