My car has been shoddily repaired by an insurance company recommended garage. The whole repair work was fantastic by changing parts then someone has decided to badly touch up the alloys instead of refurbing them even the touch up pen is coming off
I cant believe a garage has allowed a car to leave their premises the way it has trying to cut costs for a £4000 repair job by ruining the whole thing by not completing two alloys its disgraceful and i would never recommend taking a car to them. Wish insurance company would have approved my chosen body shop work would have been top standard. Disappointed to say the least

Car picked up by recovery and taken to garage.

When my car was ready it was fully repaired good as new and fully washed outside and valeted inside too.

Took 3 weeks just to replace a door
Car returned with polish compound everywhere, on the wing there are marks of clear coat/ lacquer
The door seal is now damaged from inside and missing one door trim which cover the screw
I would recommend

Excellent service from start to finish and very pleased with the repairs that were carried out.

Service was very good - from taking car to get checked re damage and booking in - workmanship excellent- the only downside is whenever you ring you either can’t get through or return calls are slow

My car was at the Drive garage for 17 days for what was only a 2 day minor repair ....the finished work was good but I would not have used this garage but for my insurers insistance.

Hi i was told the repair would take 7 to 10 days but in the end it took 20 days approx. My insurance provided a hire car so this wasn't an issue but if i was paying for the hire car it would have been!

After having the car for almost 1 month for repairs we turned up to find the front near side wing misaligned and panel fixing bolts stripped of their protective paint. As such we had to leave it nearly another whole week for these issues to be resolved. The staff we interacted with were polite and professional.

Although it took a long time to get booked in, when I took my car to be fixed the communication was good and the car was done within the time I expected. My courtesy car was fine and I was very happy the garage offered to deliver my car back to me as I live an hour away from Redcar.
