Very good communication but could be even better if there was a quicker follow up about the delivery of the hire car. My husband was a little worried that we would be without a car.

Fix Auto recently repaired my Jeep…
Fix Auto recently repaired my Jeep after it lost an argument with a wall.
I have nothing but good things to say about the service. I received a courtesy car promptly so there was no displacement to my travel needs. Whenever I phoned for progress I was very impressed by the lady who knew exactly what was happening and timeframes etc, without putting me on hold or fobbing me off.
When I received my Jeep back there was no indication of any damage whatsoever - an excellent job all round. Very happy with the result - would definitely recommend!

Amazing service
Had some paintwork done on my pride and joy(van)tricky getting a colourmatch on 9 year old silver but they pulled the cat out the bag on this one,absolutely stunning,cannot recommend them enough,polite,informed and friendly staff,will not use anywhere else.gold star!!
