I cannot thank Fix Auto enough, this is the second time we have used them. Both times Andy and his team have been amazing. Andy went above and beyond to make the process of getting our car repaired stress free and had the parts ordered in straight away in order to start work straight away. We are very grateful!

Fix Auto booked my car in promptly for a repair following an accident and were very diligent at chasing the supplier for parts so the repair could be completed quicker.

After having my driver-side door destroyed by a careless driver, it now looks brand new. Really great repair and great communication. They were able to leave the car back to me while they waited on a delayed part. When it arrived they messaged me immediately and installed in 10mins. Thanks again to Andy and the team!

Andy and the team our very friendly to deal with, a brilliant service from dropping my car off, to collecting it, and the workmanship of the repair was excellent, the courtesy car that was provided was smart and clean, and my car was fully valeted when I went to collect it, I would highly recommend FixAuto a very professional and friendly company.

The whole process from start to finish was completely stress-free. The team didn’t give ridiculous estimates of how long the process would take. You can tell the whole team is extremely experienced. At the beginning Andy guided me through such a stressful time and made it simple and once the car was almost complete Dhillon kept me informed and arranged collection at my convenience. Don’t have much better words I could say to the team and so thankful they made a bad situation into a positive outcome.

Our Volvo XC90 was damaged in an accident, i contacted Fix Auto slough as they are a Volvo approved repairer. Andy was very prompt to get in touch and the car was collected swiftly. Andy kept me upto date via whatsapp / calls every stage of the way. The team reviewed the damage and provided an estimate promptly to the insurer. Unfortunately the car was deemed a write off and was not a viable repair. The levels of service experienced from Andy and the team were fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

My recent experience with Fix Auto Slough was excellent. The repair required for my vehicle was quickly and efficiently assessed, following which the work was carried out on a timely basis and all in accordance with the quotation provided. All Fix Auto representatives that I dealt with were friendly, courteous and helpful in all respects.

Fix Auto did a great job fixing my Audi Q5 after a slide on the ice! Originally was told I wouldn’t have it back in time to go on holiday in but they did their upmost to do it and managed it! Forever grateful for the extra effort they put in.

Fix Auto done a wonderful job fixing the front end of my Vauxhall Moka. It's now looking as good as new. Took slightly longer than the 3 weeks quoted, but that's down to having to wait for a couple of parts that weren't available from stock. However, wasn't a problem sI was provided with a decent courtesy car for the duration. Thanks for the great service Andy.

Really pleasant service from start to finish! Really appreciate Andy's help throughout, I arranged a date to pick up my car but the day before I popped in just to see if I could pick it up earlier, Andy went out of his way to get everything sorted for me and I greatly appreciate that! Great repairs to my bumper, the car is good as new :) it was also really easy to communicate with team via WhatsApp to get updates. Bit tricky to collect/drop off car if you work normal 9-5 hours as they close at 5 and there’s no keysafe, but helpfully they’re open on a Saturday. Thanks guys!
