Great service. Damaged car was picked up and was delivered back immaculately repaired, valeted and good as new.

Were professional in their repair and communication. Rebecca was also very helpful.kept informed at every stage. Very pleased with the service.

Everything was so professional and Rebbeca Ellis was great I I had a leg injury and she arranged for car pick up and drop off also payment was made over the phone well done to all concerned

This is the first time I have had to use a company in this line of business, they were first class from start to finish very professional in all departments, they also have a very good platform to show the customer how there vehicle is progressing at the various stages, also the delivery of a courtesy car to and from your home.

From time I took my own car in & gave me a hired car which was a godsend they kept me updated re works to be done etc & were very helpful overall was a great experience & no issues

Fantastic job and great communication

The repair to my car was quick and excellent , the car had been washed and valeted while in the garage which was a pleasant surprise .
It would be 5 stars if i hadnt had to phone and ask what was happening e.g. i phoned to 2months after accident to see when they might be able to get my car in and was told they could take it the next day the same when i got the car back i phoned to say when would it be ready and it was ready in a couple of days . I would have liked updates from the garage without having to phone for them even an email would have been in.

Despite Suberu taking an eternity to provide spares the company kept me informed of every delay.

Great service. The staff were really nice and friendly when we gave the car and picked it up. They had really fast service. Would definitely recommend.

Communication could have been better, overall service was good

The repairs took a long time which I understand was partly due to supplies from Land Rover but sometimes the information I was given was contradictory from other messages. The final result was excellent and all the staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite.
The courtesy car was dreadful and to have it for 8 weeks made life difficult.

Repair completed to a high standard but could have better customer service always had to chase them for updates was originally quoted 25th February eventually got the car back on 26th March realise that spare parts were difficult to source but the occasional call with updates would have been good

Very slow to repair and return car and when they said it was going to be available it was not. due to waiting on a part and needed calibration of a sensor. The courtesy car was not good for a car just under 4 years old. It had a warning light on the dashboard, back window wiper was hanging off and didn't clean the rear window in dirty conditions and boot door was jammed closed and wasn't able to open it all.

Fix Auto Tayside did a great job on my Fiat 500. My driver side door was dented and scratched after an incident, and my insurer sent me to them. All staff at the business were prompt, helpful and kind. My Fiat was fixed within 5 business days, with a provided courtesy car.

Very polite and respectful. Picked up car and delivered it back on schedule and let us know when this would happen. They could make better use of the online dashboard to update more regularly and give information about the repair.

Service was adequate but not exceptional. Repairs seem to be carried out to a good standard. This job was through someone else’s insurance and this company was chosen by them. The costs of the repairs seem very expensive considering the damage to the car. If I was paying for the repairs myself, I would not be using this company.

Good staff, good explanations and good service. Always kept in touch with progress etc
