Thanks for taking time to leave your feedback. I understand your frustration with the timescale of the incident to booking in date and can see we had your vehicle on site for 11 days, At present the motor industry has a huge backlog caused by the pandemic and all repairers are experiencing the same lead time. I hope you are happy with the quality of repair we carried out.
Accident Damage
My van was past to this garage by my insurance company for repair they said they were dealing with it. But days later just rang to say they couldn't do the work. This was a major inconvenience to say the least.

Good Morning I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. We received the instruction through your insurance advising the vehicle was drivable but upon inspection it was decided that it needed to come off the road straight away and we did not have any room on site so rejected the claim with your insurance.
Three weeks later
The people I dealt with were mostly helpful but it did take longer than I thought it would, the estimated time to completion was pushed back several times, which was frustrating, but at least I was told. I can't fault the finished job though, you couldn't tell there had been a repair. Overall happy with the result.
