I can’t recommend Fix Auto highly enough! After a minor incident, my insurance company directed me here, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment Jo first got in touch the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They sourced and fitted the exact body part I needed quickly, and the quality was absolutely top-notch.
What really stood out was their attention to detail — not only was the part in perfect condition, but they also ensured everything was a perfect fit for my car, saving me time and hassle. Communication was excellent throughout, and they handled all the insurance side seamlessly, making the whole process completely stress-free.
It’s rare to find a garage that combines honest advice, expert knowledge, and such high-quality parts with this level of customer service. Great little courtesy car too.

Superb communication, excellent workmanship and my car was collected from and returned to my driveway.
The courtesy car was very good also.

Very poor paint job
The car arrived back and the paintwork was a completely different colour from the car ..and bumper actually looked pink. It was rectified but it should not have happened in the first place .

We're sorry the paintwork was not to to your liking upon the car's return and that the bumper's color was slightly off. plastic parts can be a problem sometimes but we do our best to colour match, this is evident by the fact the bumper colour was off a little prior to your car coming in to us. my understanding is that is was immediately and quickly rectified to your complete satisfaction and as with all of our repairs there is a lifetime warranty for our workmanship going forward.

We're sorry to hear about the front wheel issue, i understand this was the conclusion after you needed to remove the wheel for servicing needs, we use the appropriate torque trenches and have access to manufacturer settings, our concern is how this could have slipped past our rigorous quality control procedures. we can only say that the torqueing of the wheel was signed off as done. We'll investigate to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Awful communication and customer service
Took a week to give us a courtesy car and when we got one it was filthy and being held together by duct tape. Communication about the work being done and timelines was non existent. Had to physically call them every time for any scrap of information. The only reason I haven't given them 1 star is they eventually did finish the work needed and there was one person in their head office that actually made an effort. Would not recommend to anyone and good luck if your insurance company sends you there.

The actual repair work on my landrover…
The actual repair work on my landrover was spot on, however since having my car back a few things went awry, air intake pipe was never reconnected (not a big deal), one headlight was off and pointing way up to the sky. The outer door seal on the side of the repair was never put back on properly. Again all minor things and I would use them again it’s just niggly things that you wouldn’t expect. All in all, happy with the repair work just the odd things that you’d of thought would be checked before vehicle is handed back
