Very impressed with results
I was a bit unsure of how Physio online would work but have been very impressed with the support and the outcomes . Having a daily live video call with 45 minutes of guided exercise was so useful as 1) I was not sure what the ‘pain’ meant and would probably have stopped the exercise and 2) I am a bit lazy so it made sure I did the exercises every day . As well as the personal contact I was given clear

6 sessions to reassess and regular
Contact from a care manager . It would have been useful to know in advance what equipment was going to be needed so I had it ready but the ‘equipment’ was rolled up towels, exercise band , extra chairs etc so nothing specialized . I recommend the best way to take the calls is using a Smartphone and do lying exercises on a bed - that seemed to give best view . The link is to India but this did not cause any real issues with connection - the couple
Of times that there was a problem one of their IT team was on the call within seconds fixing it . One star down only because of a couple of instances of information not being passed and one time of a poor review experience - but if you remember they are not in the room so speak up straight away if there is pain or discomfort and be clear about what you need and ask any questions that you have at reviews then it will be a good experience . They will recommend 3-4 months
For full recovery so factor that in to cost. My knee still needed surgery because of the type of injury but , after 25 sessions with FixHealth I had more than 50% improvement with mobility, strength and pain reduction from a starting point of 2 crutches to only walking stick for longer walks, and pain relief reduced to only a couple of times a week rather than every day and night . And I will use them again for rehab after surgery as I think it is a very helpful approach .

Good online physio
Really good experience even though online, the physios are very caring and know what they are doing. Being able to do the sessions at home is good as well. The exercises do help and even if you develop new pain they are able to help with that as well. I was skeptical at first but it is genuine value for money. I would recommend them if you have troublesome back/neck pain.

Positive experience with treatment for Shoulder Pain
I approached this company for an issue with my shoulder, after despairing of getting proper attention from the NHS. They carried out an online appointment during which they assessed my condition and they prescribed a series of exercises to relieve the pain and strenghten the area. The most important aspect is the online sessions carried out by an expert phsyio who would guide me through the exercises and make sure that I am doing them right. I find this very helpful and beneficial, as I would normally tend to forget what i am supposed to do and probably keep doing it wrong. After almost 2 months of sessions there is an unbelievable improvement in the range of movement. I had almost forgotten how it feels to be without constant pain. This is something I have suffered from for about 2 years, so I am very happy with the improvement I have experienced in a relatively short time. Frequent review sessions are carried out with the doctors who then adjust the exercise regime accordingly. I would recommend this Physiotherapist highly.

A very good alternative to a in person physio
FixHealth always kept in touch throughout the sessions. There were reminders to make an appointment for review, reminders to complete home exercises. The physios were attentive and made sure all exercises were done correctly.

really good service. the physios are very attentive and knowledgeable. being over the internet i thought it might be tricky but it was so easy.. the AI on the body was great and i really recommend it. it sorted my back out and i learnt a lot about how to actually stretch!

Broken ankle
Since i started i improved my range of motion, the pain has gone, my ankle feels much much better even after first session, the care manager and my physiotherapist they are amazing and they explained everything step by step! I really recommend them to everyone who suffer from injuries or any kind of pain!

I can not recommend this service highly enough. In Feb I had a skiing accident in which I broke my Tibia and damaged my knee. On my return to UK it was nearly a month to wait for Apt. at a fracture clinic and I am still waiting for physio, so I investigated private physio as I could feel my leg becoming stiff and had obvious muscle waisting. FixHealth had a free 45min on line consultation with a Dr, who was amazing very thorough, she asked lots of questions about the injury, did a in-depth examination whilst introducing the AI technology, mapping my body and following my every movement, I could not help but be impressed. I was offered a package of 10x45 min sessions with a physio, at a time that suited me in my own home for £200.00 which seemed so reasonable. The site had a secure payment system and the technical team contacted me to ensure everything was set up and I understood how to access the sessions. At the 1st session I was met my physio who was a delight, taking time explaining each exercise, using the interactive site to observe my movements and the AI to followed each movement with precise mapping that was visible to both of us throughout the session. At no time did I feel vulnerable or worried that I could cause further damage as it was so interactive and I soon had confidence in the physio and the technology. I really looked forward to the daily sessions and the exercise programme which produced rapid results with improved movement, stability and a reduction in pain. When I eventually got to Fracture clinic the Consultant was amazed at my progress and had expected me to have a stiff knee and months of rehabilitation ahead of me instead of being able to walk without crutches and very little discomfort. Try this site, it was fantastic, safe, professional, reliable and produced results. A very viable and effective way forward for personal affordable physiotherapy that is safe and effective.
