Good overall. Only criticism is packing. Just wrapping a cardboard sleeve around a drill battery and then leaving it loose in a larger cardboard box isn't great, although it arrived unscathed.

Born from our 20,000sq/ft premises in Ashford, we come from a business group with over 30 years of experience distributing fixings and construction consumables to some of the largest national infrastructure projects of recent times. We even manufacture our own goods such as drill bits, cutting discs and screws!
Our customer base is diverse, ranging from DIY enthusiasts to professional builders, contractors, and tradespeople. We serve homeowners and individuals looking to tackle home improvement projects, as well as construction companies and businesses in need of bulk fixing supplies. Will not use this company again
Will not use this company again. Lost a days work as item was not delivered even though they say it's 24 hour delivery. 3 days later still waiting for my delivery. Not impressed 😕.

Good afternoon Ian,
First of all, let me start by sincerely apologising for the experience you've had with us. As you can see from our recent feedback, this is far from the standard we set for Fixings Store, so it's a real shame we've fallen short here.
I am struggling to locate your order with us as you haven't provided an order number, but I believe I have located it. I have requested more information from you via TrustPilot to confirm my findings, but I have yet to hear back.
Our delivery section states that orders placed on a Saturday should expect to be delivered as early as Tuesday the following week, depending on the stock status. Looking back on your order I believe you placed the order with us at 11:00pm on a previous Saturday, and our delivery tracking shows it was signed for on the following Wednesday.
Our couriers should have achieved delivery on that Tuesday as we stated, so this is something we will take up with them in our next meeting.
I appreciate it didn't work out as planned on this occasion but please do keep us in mind for future, I would love to have the opportunity to win back your trust.

Excellent in every respect. Items I needed were in stock and at the best price I could find. Ordering was easy and delivery by fed-ex was on the third day of the 2 to 4 day promised ‘time slot’, so very good. Packing was excellent and the items arrived in perfect condition.
