Car was making noise from front left wheel. All tests were showing that it could possibly be the wheel bearing. Tobias came out, and found out the last mechanic to work on it, the collision shop on telegraph road, did not put in the brake caliper bolt! He was the most thorough mechanic I have had in a very long time. I would recommend him any day

From the beginning of call until James left it’s was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I had made several calls knowing what my problem was with my truck and being told I was wrong. So when Eric answered the phone he didn’t get the nicest start to the conversation with me. He listened and didn’t argue what I knew and said yes your right. As a female who works on her own vehicles it can be challenging to reach out to a predominantly male environment. Eric has a great sense of humor and by the time I was getting confirmation of my appointment we were laughing. James was very polite took care of my problem even noticed an issue that needs to be addressed and helped me to understand a time frame on getting it repaired. James is quick and no mess. Truest a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you both for helping my stress level go way down! True blessings!

Had a couple problem with them a week ago couldn’t get on same page I was on with them coming out but he finally made it.

My car stopped on me on my way home from the vet. I know it was the lack of care that I put in my car, I went more than 5 months without changing the oil. Yes I know what you are thinking (girl, why!!!) my dad gave me a whole lesson on why I needed to do it and honestly I just didn’t do it because it wasn’t a priority I kept saying I would but I didn’t. I needed someone to fix it and I couldn’t find anyone that can come quick so I googled it and came across this company. Anthony was great he tried his best to explain it to me so I understood. If you ask me now what it was I still wouldn’t know what to say but I can say it’s fixed now and I will give my car more TLC. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends.
