The initial experience was very user-friendly. The platform made it easy to transfer tickets to friends. One of the transfers became complicated and I found it took quite a while to get the proper help. It was, however, fixed in the end!

My daughter purchased a ticket to an event in Glasgow, no email, no ticket in app or webpage and despite emailing Fixr and trying to contact them through Instagram, no reply.
She had to pay on the door last night, which cost an extra £1 despite the initial £14 payment to Fixr showing as completed on her online banking.
While mistakes happen, it's the lack of communication that is the most disappointing. Started a charge back with her bank.
I had a problem retrieving my ticket and Amelia was amazing!! Thank you Amelia for your prompt and helpful response.

Lovely lady called amelia helped me in finding my tickets i accidentally deleted and re sent them

Except now experiencing problems signing in. But probably more me than FIXR. They are very quick to respond to any problems. Until now had no problems at all. All been good.

SCAM
Bought three tickets that didn’t arrive / were fake. Told by the venue when we got there on the night
Customer service were ignoring me for a whole week.

My experience has been good but I struggled to get tickets even when I’ve been online and waiting for 4play. The website crashed a bit but u can make it up to me by giving me tickets from 4play Exeter.
