I used fizzbox to book an escape room…
I used fizzbox to book an escape room for me and my partner and I had no issues using the website, the staff were helpful with which escape room would be best as it is difficult to find ones designed for just two people. Lovely customer service and really quick responses. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to book an event :) (shoutout to Danielle who was most helpful)

Fab place
Had a great night here, venue was great , great music slightly too loud as when eating dinner unable to talk as we could not hear each other, dinner lovely, cocktail making great fun, host Alex was fab very kind, fun and great host, would definitely recommend to anybody for a great night out

Fantastic experience!
I booked cocktail making in Edinburgh for a hen party and it was absolutely fantastic! Great value for money, amazing cocktail host and all around fantastic experience! Would recommend to anyone!

Very disappointing experience
Booked the Spice Girls dance class for a hen do and paid £25 p/p..
1. The teacher was half an hour late
2. It was a replacement teacher however we weren’t made aware of this and had no contact details for them. When we tried ringing multiple times on the number for the teacher we thought we were having, we kept getting a message saying the phone was not accepting calls so we just had to wait in a village hall and hope someone turned up, whilst trying to make sure we didn’t seem stressed to the bride to be, which this was a surprise for
3. Replacement teacher didn’t seem to know the dance all that well..
4. Because the teacher was so late, we had to cut the class short as we had another activity booked so didn’t get the full amount of time we paid for
5. The teacher took a video and said she would send to us.. no sign of this
6. We have tried to contact VIP squad multiple times to complain and there is no response, therefore leaving us no choice but to write a review here, with Fizzbox hosting this supplier on their website to book from.
I would recommend they remove the option to book with VIP Squad from their website as they are not an appropriate company to book a hen do activity through.
Overall not a great experience and would not recommend booking.

Easy website to navigate
Easy website to navigate, I love how it gives you the option to communicate with the companies you have booked and can pay in installments, I had to change the date of the activity booked and it was so easy and no hassle at all. Definitely will use again!

Shocking company AVOID
Shocking company!
Where do I start with this what can only be described as a fraud scheme fizzbox! Good communication until they take your money and don’t make any reservations for the thing we booked! What was supposed to be one of the most exciting days leading up to my wedding (the hen do) turned out to be a complete disaster. 18 of us were charged £37 each totalling over £600 for a beach club bbq and drinks packaged in Benidorm. We arrived at the venue to be told that the reservation hadn’t been made and they couldn’t accommodate us due to having parties already booked. How embarrassing to rock up and to be turned away! Then when trying to contact them no number seemed to work, the office was closed and no one responding to emails we had no option to try salvage the booking for a later time/ day. We lost out on our money. When home fizzbox explained it was booked and we hadn’t arrived!? Sorry but that makes no sense they then start to argue with the bridesmaid trying to get our refund and then stopped responding to emails. TERRIBLE customer service. I would strongly recommend you save your money and use a reliable company to book any trips or events for your special occasions because clearly these people are just out to con you out of money.

Experience was cancelled on the day by the company hosting and trying to contact Fizzbox leads to a nothing message on their telephone number.
Struggling to get to a point where a refund can be issued.
Edit: I have been sent away to deal with the outlet directly as Fizzbox do not seem want to assist. Very poor.

Treasure hunt

Drag show
A group of 15 went to the drag show on Saturday 16th of July what can I say absolutely fantastic afternoon we all loved it from the time we arrived till the time we left the drags was fantastic we definitely be booking again it made my daughters hen party in Liverpool x
