Absolutely shocking looks like a nice website in the Netherlands with high quality products. What you receive is far from what was advertised.

I purchased what was supposed to have been a white denim dress for £44 - I have received a poor quality dress scrunched up in a tiny bag probably shipped from china, with polyester material. I have tried to access the website to request a refund and I am unable to even access that. Feel like I have been totally scammed. I have emailed the company and will live in hope that they get back to me. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I ordered 26th June order ref: 9066 --- No delivery detail available -- I initially received an email from the company however, since i've started complaining at not having received any communication re delivery, communication has cease. Having read the Trustpilot reviews (a bit too late) i realise that i've been scammed to the tue of £45.86

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Wrong item sent! Company will not refund all the money. They’ll give me a credit on account but no use if I’m never buying from them again. The item I got came from China, tightly squeezed into a grey bag. Took a while to come. Item of poor quality and not what was ordered. Their error but still no full refund offered.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The item I received looks nothing like what was advertised on the website. To make matters worse, the website is now completely inaccessible, leaving me unable to request a refund. This is a clear violation of consumer rights.

Absolutely shocking looks like a nice legit website in the Netherlands. I suspect it’s Chinese. It comes horrendously packaged with no returns label and the garment received is absolutely nothing like the one advertised when I asked to return. They asked for a picture of the label attached to the dress of course there isn’t one when I then said I didn’t like the Dress they emailed me to say I’m so sorry the dress doesn’t fit you. We can offer you a replacement size the dress fits me perfectly I never mentioned size it’s just hideous and nothing like the one advertised. I am just going round in circles with them. I will never use them again. The dress was £60. I would write it off if it was cheaper, but I’m getting increasingly frustrated with them

Avoid them!!!. They falsely advertised their dress to be 100% linen and charged £45 for a 100% polyester that i wouldn't buy for £1. They didn't mention that the dress was coming from their cheap factory in China at the time of purchase. I thought it was coming from their store in Netherlands. It took two weeks for the trash to arrive. I sent a photo of the trash they sent me and made a complaint about the quality of the fabric and it not being 100% linen as advertised. Sam their customer service agent had the audacity to state that 'the item sent matches what was placed'. What i paid for was supposed to be 100% linen. Their option was to send it back to their factory in China and incur the cost of postage at my expense. Or pick another trash from their collection as a goodwill gesture. Both of which i declined. They are all just scammers! AVOID!!AVOID!!! AVOID!!!!

Not from Netherlands but poor quality Chinese dress and nowhere near the colour of the dress on my order. And I have to pay to return it in the hope of a refund. Do not believe what you see in their beautiful photographs.

I ordered a dress that took a month to arrive. It looks nothing like the picture on the website and the material/ quality is not good. I wanted to return the item only to find out they are based in China and not the Netherlands like stated on the website. This has been extremely disappointing and they are making a refund very difficult. Do not buy from this company.

I WISH I had read Trust pilot before buying !! HUGE disappointment!!!! The dress was very poorly made ( I am no seamstress and I could have done better. ) £67 and worth £5 I reckon. Very polite helpful replies from the customer service BUT basically... forget returns!!! Yes you can return it at YOUR cost (£15-£30) and a refund (so they say) in 4 weeks however I've done this before with a similar firm ( should have learnt !!!!) and it came back to me 3 months later unopened ("address not known" HA!!) so no refund. They offer a replacement but why?when the quality is rubbish. How are these people still up and running? Because we fall for the good photos ( probably AI as not like the dress you receive) and they say "Returns" but don't mention it's at a high cost. It takes forever to come as IT COMES FROM CHINA NOT THE NETHERLANDS.
Please people, don't waste your time and money !!

AVOID at all costs. The jacket I ordered looked lovely, but its a scam. When it finally arrived- about 3 weeks late, it was rolled up and stuffed in a plastic bag. Completely crumbled and unwearable.

Refund instructions ask you to email but this email address bounces back.

I ordered a dress from this site. It arrived 2 weeks later (shipped from China) looking nothing like the picture, which I now realise was probably an AI model.

It was very poorly made. It had badly stitched seams and the pocket wasn't stitched at all and was a jagged edge. I complained but was told I had two options:

1. to send the £40 dress back to China at a cost to me of up to £30 and they wouldn't be responsible for it getting lost or for customs charges.

2. for them to replace the item. Which I didn't want because by now I have no trust in them.

I kept the item but now want to warn others not to make the same mistake as me. There are so many other poor reviews online and I just wish I'd checked first as I wouldn't have gone near the site otherwise. Save your money and buy from a reputable site that will provide a product that looks like the one advertised and will refund your money if you're not happy.

I bought a dress advertised on their website to have sidepockets, rhinestones on the neckline and wrinkle-free. What was sent to me had none of those. The dress cost me £70 but honestly should not be more than £15. It was a cheap material and the lining of the dress was popping out from the neck line and armpits. I asked for a full refund and a return label but they are offering me 40% refund and to keep the dress. Or retun and pay for postage that could cost up to £30. Thankfully I paid with a credit card and I have lodged a complaint with my bank. My bank will be getting my money for me.

Don’t use - delivered the wrong item and would normally allow return as in China. Kept offering me voucher or low percentage refund and keep (awful tent like dress that I hadn’t ordered). Had to email after email
For a week to get them to give me 90% refund - originally offered 40%. So stay away from

Bought a chiffon of the shoulder dress on arrival the colour is awful the lovely flowy chiffon on the photo is nothing like the bulky cheap awful dress AVOID THESE/ are scammers
Oh yes you can return it to a slow boat to China for almost what it cost TOTAL RIP OF AVOID DO NOT BUY and if you email to complain they will give you the runaround

Very professional

Very poor. The leather jacket I purchased size L (£65) was so small I could only get one arm in. My friend who is a size S couldn’t even wear it! I asked for a return label to find out I had to find it myself self. They quoted £15-30 return depending where I was so would only receive £30 refund in the end! …. Or I could keep the item and choose something else worth £65 and it wouldn’t cost me any more then gift the jacket to someone! Absolutely appalling customer services.
Do not purchase from these people as it’s no better than a scam.

Don't not use the company!
The pictures online look great, reality is your purchasing mass produced, cheap, poor quality items! False information such as '100% cotton', item arrived with a label 95% polyester.
Shipping took forever (your item will travel most of Asia before it arrives), and the company didn't want to acknowledge the problems

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! They sell rubbish and if you ruturn it, they don't refund you.

AVOID!!!!!! Absolutely gutted that I didn’t read reviews before buying from this company. It’s a scam, they use other people’s photos, and then reproduce a cheap product made and shipped from China. When I questioned this, as they state they are Netherlands based, they said they have it shipped from China for quality control. What an actual joke. You just go around in circles via email even though they state a 30 day hassle free return! The most frustrating thing about this is, I won’t be the last person to buy from this sham company 😢

Absolutely fraudulent company, I ordered a dress that was stated as being linen - when it arrived, not only did it not resemble the dress, it was made from 100% polyester and spandex.
Have asked to return and a refund - obviously I have to send it to China not Norway at a cost of £30 or I can have a free item of clothing - given that the original item is only fit for the bin and do not want any more rubbish.
Will be filing an official complaint as breaks every law in the consumer goods acts act.
