Had the opportunity to attended an emergency first aid course today which was presented by Adam Moore at Flagship Partners. Was apprehensive about learning as felt I didn’t want the responsibility of savings someone’s life incase I did something wrong but have come away feeling confident that I know what I’m doing. The training was thorough, fun and most importantly, impactful! All and any questions were answered with ease leaving no stone left unturned. Would highly recommend using this team again. I recently completed a two day TM refresher course and can honestly say it was outstanding from start to finish. The trainer Barry, was brilliant-knowledgeable and professional. Barry explained everything clearly, kept the sessions engaging and made sure everyone understood the material without ever feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this TM refresher course to anyone needing to update their TM skills. A great two days all round.
