Great Customer Service and Product
I ordered the One Nation Under God, Jesus Christian American Eagle House Size Flag. Ben the Founder and CEO of Flagwix sent an email after ordering the flag thanking me for purchasing the flag.
He personally took time to ask I confirm the product I ordered and address. He asked I reapply to his team to make things right if there are any issues.
Alice in Support Services contacted me when the flag was shipped and sent me emails throughout the shipping process until the flag was delivered. Even after delivered, she sent follow up emails to ask how I liked the flag.
The customer service I received from Ben and Alice is outstanding. The flag is great quality and looks great on my gate.

This product will last
The product is absolutely amazing it stands up to the winds I live on the ocean and we are constantly replacing our flag that rip at 20-25 miles gust. Great product and will be buying an American flag in the future I’m fly the 250 flag now.

These flags are of great quality! I ordered several for the 250 year celebration and one of the Rottweiler American flag. They are of great quality and double sided. The colors are vibrant and the fabric is very sturdy. I am excited to fly and drape them for the celebration in 2026! The order arrived in a timely manner and the communication was perfect.

Fabulous Flags
I have purchased non pleated flags to pot on my porch. The quality of the flags is outstanding. They are so nice looking that recently while we were at an event, a couple that live in a subdivision past us stopped and told me that they drive past our house just to see what I have put up. I really thought that was cool.

Inadequate product | No response | no refund
I ordered a fall-season yard sign. The sign arrived, and it looked like it had been in the outdoor elements for years. It was wonderfully packaged and protected, which tells me that a human saw firsthand how trashed the sign was, yet this person still elected to send it out as a satisfactory product. I wish I could include pictures.
Secondly, I've had zero response to my two email inquiries for a refund. Radio silence.

I love all of your products
I love all of your products, very fine quality. I set up my dispay of 911 garden flags ( 4 ) and 7 American flags in my front yard and had motorist blowing their horns as they past by, loved it!

My flags came in perfect
My flags came in perfect. They won't hold up to Colorado winds so I will hang them from our deck instead of the flag pole. They look really good.
