Amazing service
Amazing service, my package didn't come and I emailed them about it. Immediately they offered to resend it and I got it a week later. Love the lighters here. Extremely cool and quality.

Our orders typically do not require customs fees on smaller orders. If the post office is asking to collect 190€, we kindly ask that you verify the legitimacy of the message you received for this customs payment. Customs fees on our orders are typically much lower than this, and do not usually exceed the value of the order.

We understand where you’re coming from with the Card Lighter v4 running out of fuel quickly. With such a small lighter, the fuel tank is indeed smaller than our larger torches.
Fortunately, all of our lighters come with 30-day free returns, so we'd be more than happy to set you up with a return or exchange for a different lighter if you'd like!
If you'd like a lighter with a larger fuel tank, we'd recommend one of our larger butane lighters like the Ultimate Cigar Torch, Jedi Torch, or Jet Lighter v2.
If you'd like to make a return or exchange, please reach out to us over email, and we'll get you set up right away. Otherwise, if you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach out anytime!
The igniter is bad!!
The delivery time was alright if not good but after the first use the spark igniter stoped working consistently. Only actually working once in every thirty attempts at ignition.

We’re sorry to hear about the ignition issue you’re experiencing with your Sith Torch. This can oftentimes be fixed by moving the ignition wire more towards the ignition port. We've reached out to you over email to help!
All of our lighters come with a 1-Year Warranty, so if you received a faulty one, we’ll gladly send you a replacement free of charge.

First time ordering at FlameSpade
First time ordering at FlameSpade. I ordered three different lighters on november 20th and recieved my package december 5th, which I found to be fairly quick, giving I live in the Netherlands and it had to be shipped there.
I am very pleased about the quality of the lighters. Everything was complete and works great. I would definitely recommend ordering one of FlameSpade's lighters!

Only recieved an Empy Box
Order arrived this morning and is missing the main item in which I even placed the order for. Fancy little box for the Sanji's lighter showed up, but to my suprise, there was no lighter inside. BUYERS BEWARE! Ironic that reviews can only be written on their website via invitation only also... NOT a trustworthy company.

My order went missing, Flamespade made it right
Over a month after ordering, I haven't received my product even though it has apparently shipped. Tracking information provided shows no updates or movement.
Edit: Flamespade reached out to me to fix this issue, and resent my order with an additional gift. I am very satisfied with the quality of the products they sent.

Overall experience was great
Overall experience was great. Flamespade has exceptional customer service and they made sure I received what I paid for. They also made sure my lighters would work, and if not they sent out replacements. They’re very helpful when it comes to trouble shooting and guiding you step by step. Overall would recommend flamespade in getting premium quality lighters and getting your moneys worth.

The lighters are dope as hell, the attention to detail is pretty cool too I got the cannon lighter and the wheels on it will actually roll I thought that was cool lol. Good service too, if your in doubt about your order you should reach out to them for sure!
