We like to support our local businesses…
We like to support our local businesses and came across Flat Cap Coffee on our search and even better Mark being a fellow veteran. So we placed our first order and a couple days later it turned beautifully packaged. We were so keen to see if the coffee tasted as good as the packaging looked, we started the machine up start away. We can safely say that the coffee tasted just as amazing as it smelt. Thanks again Mark and Alex for the great cutsomer service and we look forward to our next order.

Selling coffee in shops sometimes leads to the coffee being sat on the shelf for a long time and becoming stale, we roast to order and post straight away to ensure our customers get the freshest coffee possible for maximum enjoyment. Great coffee; even better service.
I ordered a bag of decaffeinated beans, and the delivery got lost in the post; not the fault of Flat Cap Coffee. Mark went above-and-beyond to not only hand-deliver the replacement bag to my house, but throw in an extra bag to make up for the inconvenience. The coffee (now it is here) is delicious, and knowing that the "extra-mile" will be gone if anything goes wrong means that I am highly likely to order again in the future. Stellar.

There is none better
After buying my first ever filter coffee from flat cap coffee company around 9 months ago, i went on a journey to to try find better. I could not find better basically. The flavour this company brings out of each individual coffee cant be beat in my opinion. I now will not buy from anywhere else. High quality unique flavours at a great price, keep up the good work 👍

The best small independent coffee roaster…
I have tried a few other local roasters, but in my opinion the Ludgershall based Flat Cap Roasters are the best for both quality and service.

Flat Cap Coffee came highly…
Flat Cap Coffee came highly recommended. But when I ordered I messed up the online order and iy auto populated to my old address and didn't notice until there was no sign of my coffee. I contacted Flat Cap, who said no worries we will resend your coffee. Coffee came today, and is delicious. Will be back for a lot more. Excellent customer service, along with delicious blends.

Consistently good coffee and service
My third order with Flat Cap Coffee resulted in a third successive happy experience. The range of bean choice is good, the prices are great, the quality is superb and things are packed well and delivered quickly. I know that if I place an order on the day I start my last bag, it will arrive before I run out.
I also like that orders result in a couple of trees being planted. More companies need to focus on sustainability and that's another good reason to support Flat Cap Coffee. Keep it up!
