I would recommend this company for balustrade work as their work is of a very high standard and the team on site worked tirelessly and left the area clean and tidy.

Fantastic job. We had been let down by a couple of other suppliers, but could not fault Flawless. Comprehensive on-site survey, and an excellent price. The guys on site did the job quickly and professionally and left the place immaculate - actually cleaner than when they started! Highly recommended.

We phoned this local company as we wanted a glass bannister and chrome handrail fitted . They arranged to come out and give us a quote but didn’t turn up ! No phone call , nothing. Unfortunately we can’t comment on their workmanship but their customer service has been very disappointing to say the least.

Met David who provided good advice on what we required for outside stairs and followed up with a quote with which we were happy. We needed the work completed by a specific date and they were able to oblige. Chris came on the day with a colleague and they fitted the balustrade per our specifications and with minimum fuss. Very happy with the job and their professionalism. Would recommend to anyone

Saw flawless balustrades on my Instagram feed and was immediately impressed. After a number for quotes from other companies I decided on David and Chris. They were super professional from the start, providing ideas and solutions which can only come from years of experience. They then provided me with defined timescales. The installation was hassle free and they tidied up everything post completion. An amazing job which I am delighted with so much so I’ve referred them to my parents who are also utilising their services. An excellent job with no hesitation of recommending them.

We were really happy with the work we had done by Flawless Balustrades. They are very courteous and their workmanship is great. The only downside we had, which is probably not their fault, but timings were a bit out due to supply problems. We would have no hesitation in recommending them or indeed using them again should the need arise.
