Upon reviewing the situation, we identified that the product listing unfortunately displayed the incorrect image. As a result, the item sent was the one titled on the listing page, not the one you were expecting in the image. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you, and we regret the confusion caused.

Once we realised the error, we offered to have the parcel collected from an address convenient for you to minimise any further disruption. However, we understand you preferred a prepaid postage label, which we promptly provided. We appreciate the effort you took to return the items despite the adverse weather conditions.

After receiving the return, our team checked the stock for the item you originally intended to purchase but, unfortunately, it had sold out by that time. As a resolution, we offered you the choice of swapping for an alternative or receiving a full refund.

Regarding your concern about the item still being listed on the website, please be assured that the listing was corrected as soon as the issue became apparent, and the image was updated to align with the listing title.

We understand your concerns regarding delivery reliability and the differences in service provided by different couriers. Once an order leaves our facilities, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier company. While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, we have limited control over how each courier handles the delivery.

DPD is known for their flexible delivery options, including leaving packages in a safe place as per your instructions. However, Royal Mail has different policies and practices that sometimes do not allow for the same level of flexibility. We are aware that this can cause inconvenience and delays, especially when packages are not left in a secure place or letterbox.
