Absolute scam, purchased over 2 months ago and not shipped

Do not buy!! First of all, it does not work. At least for me it didn't. The worst part is there's no way to cancel. Even though you use the link that they give you to cancel, they keep charging you and sending you goods. I've had to contact my credit card company multiple times to chargeback the unauthorized charges. It's just an ongoing battle with these guys!!

I'm not an idiot (or am I?). I did research this company before I ordered and product reviews were quite positive.

The problem is the sales model. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks (AFTER there supposed 5-7 delivery claim (US only???)) from support and reading some of the [gulp] negative reviews, I asked my bank for a credit reversal. MIRACULOUSLY after 3.5 weeks my order status changed from Confirmed to Dispatched. Now I know there's a war on in the Middle East at the moment (and a dozen other areas) so I tried to be patient #firstworldproblems, so if their support department had told be it was coming, I would have waited.

On the one month anniversary, of they charged me for another bottle of their $60 USD shampoo.

Just heard from support, who said I'd signed up to a subscription with my first order (news to me and typical high pressure and obtuse sales technique) which I could cancel but not the order (presumably because their supply chain is so lightning fast). They sent a link to login and cancel the subscription (because obviously I'm not allowed to had a Big Boy account where this would have been visible, like every other reputable web site in the world). So went in there and after 6 stages of cancellation (including a 1000% discount (doesn't that mean they pay me 10 time over?)) - no really, I screen shot it!), I cancelled the subscription I never knew I had, deleted my payment details and I've also had to cancel my credit card to avoid future charges.

My bank has been good, they reversed the first charge and I'm challenging the second.

Thanks for nothing Fleava! You are a complete SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absoluty terrible company do not get off them waiting over 1 month on my order not here then i just done a one time purchase and they ended up taking £150 out of my account when i told them over 10 times cancel my order they refuse and wont return my money so people stay well clear from them abosult scum

Buyer BEWARE!!! While the product seems good, the results have not been conclusive for me after nearly 7 months of use. The BIGGER thing for anyone considering this product is the inability to cancel any recurring subscriptions. I tried many times via their website, by email, and by calling directly; all attempts were unsuccessful, and I received no response from anyone. There is no way to do it on their website, which I find unethical at the least. I finally had to cancel payments to them via my payment service.

Do not trust this company. They send way more product than you need, their website makes it impossible to cancel AND it does not work. They basically steal your money.

I used Fleava for six months, following all of their recommended instructions, and unfortunately saw no meaningful improvement. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I did expect some noticeable results.

The bigger issue began when I decided to cancel my subscription. The cancellation process was unnecessarily difficult to find and navigate. While trying to cancel, I was charged for another shipment. After finally making it through what I believed was the cancellation process, I assumed my subscription had ended. Instead, I was surprised to receive another shipping notification and another charge.

To make matters worse, there appears to be no accessible customer support to resolve these issues. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to stop the recurring charges, I ultimately had to contact my bank to block future transactions and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The product did not deliver noticeable results for me, and the subscription cancellation process was frustrating and difficult to escape. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Fleava to think carefully before signing up for a recurring subscription.

They automatically subscribe you to every product and keep sending them, without a way out.

If I could provide a ZERO I would. Fleava is like a bad mother in law: you can't get rid of it. Avoid subscribing its impossible to stop. I had to cancel my credit card.

This is scammer hidden subscription, you will not able to manage subscription, they send random product, ridiculously triple the price after trial.
-No 90 day refund
- they said “return wear house”not ready yet
- when you send mail to cancel they asks you to do so which you can’t
- no where we subscribe so we can’t cancel

I am writing this review after receiving a new marketing email from Fleava on July 4, 2026, titled “Happy 4-th of July”, promoting the same website/products. This reminded me of my unresolved order experience with them from 2025.

My original order #54777 was placed on March 17, 2025, but I never received the product. Fleava later confirmed that the order had been marked as “returned to sender” in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Despite multiple follow-up emails, I did not receive a refund. When I asked for a refund under their advertised 90-day money-back guarantee, they delayed the case and later said they would arrange a reshipment instead. They also clarified that the guarantee applies to customers who have used the product consistently and seen no visible results, which I consider misleading in my case because I never received the product and therefore could not use it.

While the issue was still unresolved, I was also charged an additional $29.99 for a so-called VIP Membership Program, which I never knowingly agreed to. Their explanation was that the membership details were displayed at checkout under the “Complete Purchase” button.

In the end, I never received the product, never received the refund I requested, and had to block my card to prevent any further charges.

I am posting this now because the company has started sending me marketing emails again after more than a year, promoting the same website/products. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend entering card details or ordering from this website.

Purchased and never received. Emailed and they have not responded. I would not recommend at all!

Scam! Product not received after 6 weeks and when contacted was told it out of stock then they tried taking $206 for the next batch which is still out of stock. SCAM!

Order from them like a month ago never received my order I emailed to cancel and refund my money and then they charge me like two hundred dollars.
This company is a scam 100% and they make it difficult to cancel and refund money.

I placed an order 7 weeks ago. Initially their support answered emails. No product received. If I could give a lower rating I would. Going to raise a dispute with my credit card to get a refund

SCAM DO NOT BUY! Charged me over $1,000 because of a subscription I never signed up for. I emailed them within minutes of the charge, they won’t cancel my order even though it hasn’t shipped. I don’t even live in that country anymore. They take days to reply to emails and give incomplete responses. Horrible situation and service, I don’t wish this on anyone. Don’t buy from these people.

I originally ordered and received a bottle of Fleava shampoo in May. I only ordered one bottle. I did not subscribe. In June, I received and was charged for a bottle of shampoo and conditioner that I did not order. I tried to cancel. They said I had subscribed. I did not. I told them to remove my subscription that I never reqiuested, and I would buy these two bottles I did not order or need. Then today July 3, they sent me annother charge on my credit card for 2 more bottles and said I could not cancel because I placed the order. I did not place another order. This is a running scam where the customer service says sorry but does not cancel the order and keeps doing it every month. This is a form of fraud. I checked on various social media sites and hundreds of people are facing the same situation with Fleava. None of them signed up for a subscription. They are getting charged every month despite not ordering the product. They are off shore in Bali, Jakarta and singapore. I informed my cc company, but I think they should not be allowed to fraudulently steal from US citizens, especially those that do not know how to get rid of them. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC.

I demanded a refund and that they need to cancel the subscription that I never signed up for in the first place, to which they never reply to the emails.
