Resposta da Fletes USA
Thank you for the great feedback! We’re proud to be a reliable partner you can count on. We appreciate your support and look forward to working with you again!
Fletes USA was the chosen carrier by Iron Power Industries.
Fletes USA was the chosen carrier by the equipment seller. Once all paperwork was done on the seller’s end and payment for the equipment and the carrier - Fletes USA picked up the equipment and delivered within two days.
During the process, my contact at Fletes was Peter and communicated the process and kept in touch with me. Peter let me know when the equipment was loaded, let me know the ETA of the driver to my address to insure that I would be there to accept and unload.
The whole process was smooth and the driver (Joshua) contacted me one hour prior to being there.
All went well and would have no reason to use anyone else in the future for equipment pick-up and delivery. I recommend this company for any carrier needs.
