Used Orange Flex during a recent trip to Poland and overall had a good experience.

The setup was straightforward - everything is handled through the app, and the eSIM activation was quick and smooth. I liked that there was no need to visit a store or deal with physical SIM cards.

Connection was generally stable in cities, and speeds were good enough for navigation, messaging, and everyday use. It worked well most of the time.

There were a few minor downsides. In some areas, the signal dropped or slowed down a bit, and customer support could be more responsive. Also, the pricing isn’t the cheapest compared to some travel eSIM options.

Still, for convenience and ease of use, it’s a solid option. Would consider using it again.

Korzystam z flex od ponad roku. Świetne rozwiązanie i pakiety roamingowe. Polecam jak dużo ktoś podróżuje.

First of all, this SIM card didn't work at all when I came to Poland. I contacted support but they weren't able to help me, they just said that everything should work and that's it. I was forced to buy a new sim card of other operated to have an internet. But making things worse they continued to charge money for the tariff even despite the fact that I didn't use it. I noticed it too late, cancelled plan and asked about refund - but they didn't do it. But they could check that I used 0 traffic or calls, as I can't, and nothing after that. Never will I use it again, and don't recommend you

Bardzo fajna usługa. Praktycznie wszystko mogę załatwić wewnątrz aplikacji.
W najgorszym razie pomaga czat z supportem. Ekstra!

Dam 2 bo ich internet działa na kablu więc w porównaniu do vectry jest już niebo a ziemia! Na vectrze nie działał nigdy za to na orange nie działa wcale wi-fi a do tego orange zawsze słynęło z oszukiwania ludzi, kiedyś daaawno temu miałem abonament i naliczali opłaty za internet który włączał się automatycznie i widzę, że praktyki prób oszukiwania ludzi na małe kwoty nadal pozostały, potrafią doliczyć 5zł bo człowiek nie zaloguje sie do aplikacji ale przed podpisywaniem umowy nie było o tym żadnej mowy

The flex programs are a scam. When you try to make calls within EU they send you a message saying that you don’t have any international packs enabled.

Not only their service failed to delete my credit card info, they also refuse to refund the payment that went through minutes ago

I can’t even use their service because I’m neither in Poland nor in the EU, so I paid $20 for something absolutely UNUSABLE

Customer service is like a broken record that needs to be fixed

I was disoriented by the information about the additional SIM card. Unfortunately, it does not work in roaming. But we didn't know about it. We bought a roaming package in USA. As a result, they were left without communication abroad and with money spent on a roaming package. Support don't help me, return my money.

Oszukali mnie. Na stronie internetowej, pod 'Pomoc' jest link do czatu, ale trzeba sie 'zalogowac' czyli 'dać im' jakiś swoj mail. Dałam. Po zalogowaniu okazuje sie ze opcji 'czatu' nie ma (kliknij na ikone czatu ... ktora nie istnieje). W moim przekonaniu oszuści to złodzieje, więc flex jest nie dla mnie.

I forgot to cancel the plan after a few days in Poland. After the second charge I immediately went to support to ask to cancel the plan which I don’t need anymore and refund. Not only they didn’t refund me but as well support was rude to me.
