Great customer service, fast and superior to other loan providers we have used. We needed to alter our repayment plan to change the monthly payments and was handled so quickly, with minimum fuss.

Easy but slightly lengthy process
It was pretty easy to submit our application and they were very responsive, both by phone and email. The amount of interest we're paying is more than was shown in the illustration, which is why it's 4 stars, not 5. Make sure you have your financials to hand, as you'll need to submit a reasonable amount of documentation, such as accounts, bank statements, etc. I'd be happy to use them again.
