Leigh at Flexioffices provided a friendly efficient service. She was proactive in helping us find the right office space.

I contacted Flexioffices to find an office with parking. After spending weeks and not getting anywhere I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Chander.

He found an office within an hour and arranged a viewing the following day.

He’s very professional, found exactly what I was looking for and a pleasure to work with.

Overall a great experience. Leigh was knowledgeable and quick at communicating, took all of our needs into account when sourcing suitable options. Would highly recommend!

Flexioffices, more specifically Ahmad, has been a dream from start to finish – I cant recommend them enough.
I have never searched for an office before, but as soon as Ahmad stepped in, this really wasn’t a problem. He was helpful, honest and knowledgeable, and I felt like he genuinely cared about the search and what we wanted - it really felt like I was searching with a friend! He was always on hand to answer my calls and emails whenever I needed and even went out of his way on his day off to still try and assist with my queries.
We secured an incredible office in the end and I couldn't have done it without Ahmad – an absolute credit to the business. I definitely know where to go if we are in need of another office! 😊

Ann was awesome. I was a less than communicative client but Ann persevered and got me the right location. Diligent and professional through and through.

Quick and effective service, organised the viewing and helped us secure our new premises within days. Would highly recommend Flexioffices.

Terry has the patience of a saint and didn't give up on our search for office space even when I nearly did! We had several Execs to sign off on the decision each with a different criteria as to what would suit our company - needless to say after a long process Terry found us the perfect space and all went through without a hitch

Thanks!

Leigh was extremely attentive from her first interaction - calling me at 8am on her day off, to constant follow ups and quick turn arounds. Leigh and Flexioffices services found me a great office space very quickly. I would recommend.

Aidan was superbly helpful and communicative from start to finish. From the beginning, he set a high standard with a friendly chat to find out our requirements, to sending over well-suited options that same afternoon.

Within 24 hours, Aidan made contact, compiled a concise list and arranged a viewing. It made my task of searching through hundreds of office options a great deal easier.

If/when we need further office space, I know who I'll be calling!

Terry provided excellent customer services and an array of options for our office hunt. Highly recommended.

Julian was very helpful and considerate of our needs. Very prompt arranging viewings.

Leigh was fantastic.
Took the requirements and sent a stream of opportunities for me to narrow down.
Booked viewings and one was perfect for us.
Good follow up on all.

I made a phone call, they did the rest. Literally within minutes I started receiving options.

The team (especially Ann Kuhnert) were extremely helpful (and - critically - knew the market and price points). I was very time constrained/distracted when selecting our new office & I am very grateful for Ann's leadership on this process.

Jan Roskott was really helpful, listened to what I needed and gave good suggestions that led to me finding the right office space for my business. I would happily recommend him and his team to others.

Sam was extremely helpful, he was determined to make sure we get the perfect office which sam executed very well, extremely professional service, we discussed the office within 4 days from the initial conversation we secured the office, we will definitely make sure to stay in touch with sam and push any clients towards himself.

Very good Experience with Flexi offices and in particular Stacey who went above and beyond to locate suitable space for us in quite a frenetic market. Recommended.

Leigh has been very helpful in helping Clear Capital secure a new office space in London.

I highly recommend Leigh and Flexi Offices, they have some of the most competitive rates on the market, they're friendly and highly efficient.

Thank you on behalf of Clear Capital
