We absolutely love the screens we had purchased a few years ago. We ordered another one and it came damaged. We reached out to customer service and got a quick response. We sent pictures of the screen and the box it came in so cust service could open a claim but haven’t heard anymore from them. We are very disappointed. Product is great! Customer service not so much.

Great quality screens but the measuring stick or measuring is off. I double checked measurements and screens still bend on the sides like it’s too big. Custom order so you can’t return or exchange. Still waiting on a response from customer service to see if they can help in any way.

You are asking for a review before I have even received the product. So, ship me the product first and I'll consider a review.

Screens do not fit. They are loose and can easily be pushed out. Very unsafe. Unusable. I have reached out to them via email with no response. Don’t buy these screens if you are unsure of screen placement.

It’s the wrong size. Emailed customer service and no one has reached out to me.

The edges of the screens are too fat to fit in our window slots. We tried trimming the extra coating off one side of the frame, which helped some, but it was too easy to remove it all exposing the bare metal, and we accidentally cut the screen in 2 places. Even after that, the one screen we did this to has now popped out.

I love my screens; they are well-made and exactly what I needed. I will be ordering a few more . Thank you!

the screen seems to be about inch to big..

The screens arrived on time in the size I ordered. I installed them in 15 minutes. I expected them to be lighter in color but I think they will actually work better than color I expected,

This was the best option I could have chosen for screens. Process was simple, and when it wasn't... it was explained in the most fool proof manner ever. Also, they customer support was beyond helpful and even fixed MY MISTAKES. Will recommend flexscreen to anyone!

Measuring for the window fit was really easy. The screen arrived today, super easy to install & fit was great!

Needed screens for a 35 year old house. Measurements were accurate and screens fit perfectly. Actually had severe winds right after installing and not a one fell out! Can't say enough good things about this product!
