Good customer service given by Rosten

I inadvertently booked the wrong flight as the method of booking isn’t explained properly. Please be very careful that when the flights come up, you are aware of what you are actually Booking. I inadvertently made and paid for a flight not realising that it didn’t include any luggage or any standard add-ons that a flight would normally have. Thank goodness for Abraham who helped and corrected me. And was incredibly patient.

I fumbled my way through the website and bought a flight that wasn’t what I wanted. I managed to speak to Abraham who sorted it all out and saved me from a nightmare experience that would have taken place when I got to the airport. Thank you Abraham

David made the process very simple and he was very professional
