I booked a flight with this company and save money
I booked a flight with this company at best price I could find. I thought my flight was booked, then I received a phone call from the company saying I would have to pay another a large sum of money. for the flight I reserved, or I could rebook at a lower price with another airline. I chose a different airline. I really didn't like all the departure or return times, but it was a lot cheaper. In my opinion if you need to rent a car or book a hotel wait until you get confirmation from this company actually talk to someone, Because your flight my not actually confirmed. I have what I thought was a receipt and a confirmation email. Only to receive the phone call saying that flight was for more than I had paid. I did save money in the end.

Bunk tickets
We just bought tickets to visit Mexico, they sent us the confirmation. Then an hour later, they reach out to say the tickets are not available.
BAIT and SWITCH!!!

Good experience overall
Good experience overall. When I couldn't make 2 one-way flights on the website, I called. I was told I would be called back or emailed, but did not, so I called. After a few days, changed my flight to roundtrip, so I booked online. I was told an airline was not working with 3rd party travel agents. The gentleman looked for other options that worked for me. Flights went through and we are booked.
