Sends with GLS, absolute catastrophe, no info, no mail, package brought to a shop on the other end of a million city...never again

Outstanding customer service. This is the second time I have had to get in touch with Flik flak's customer service. Both times, my query was answered within few hours and both times, I was provided for a replacement buckle and strap free of charge. Very positive and rare experience that is worth writing about.

I ordered a watch from flik flak for my daughter few months ago and immediately she started using it the watch was always late even when I set the time correctly, I contacted flik flak via email they responded and told me it was the battery they sent me another battery and the problem still continues and since then I have contacted them on the phone and all they time I was on the phone for 3 hours no one seems to be picking up the call. I am disappointed with the poor customer service and defective product they sell to us. I will not advise anyone to buy this product it is a bad product and actually spoiling the Swiss brand.

Je n'ai pas reçu ma montre. Le service client ne fait rien a part proposer le suivi colis... du vol tout simplement.

I ordered my daughter a watch from the FlicFlac website. It is now four months later the face (crystal) of the watch is completely scratched up. She is a calm, gentle, nine year-old girl. She is not a wild boy. The company refuses to take any responsibility because they said that is considered normal wear and tear, and therefore is not covered under the warranty. I’m sorry, but if you’re making a watch for children, the face should be a little more scratch proof than four months worth.

J'ai acheté une montre Flik Flak pour mon fils.
Les Flik Flak recentes sont tout en plastique et se rayent en a peine 2 jours.
Apres consultation avec des amis, au bout de quelques semaines, on ne peut plus lire l'heure...

3 jours après avoir recu ma montre, le SAV me dit que comme elle est rayé, ils ne remboursent pas, mais proposent un polissage (il faut se separer de la montre pdt 1 mois)...
C'est peine perdu.

Evitez les Flik Flak !!! c'est du vol pour ce prix

Min datter købte et Flik Flak ur på sommerferie i Spanien. I Danmark faldt spændet desværre af remmen. Vi skrev til Swatch Group som svarede samme dag. 2 dage senere lå der et nyt spænde i postkassen. Virkelig god service. Skulle hilse fra min datter og sige 1000 1000 1000 tak!
