The company, their products and customer service have been exceptional. My most recent shipment needed some adjustments and with a quick email to customer service, the adjustments were made without a problem. The quality of ingredients is exceptional and the products do exactly what they say. I no longer have bloating, brain fog, digestive issues, my hair and skin never looked better. Flipmylife is amazing! I'm lactose intolerant and have been searching for quite a while now for a meal replacement(breakfast) that is dairy free. I'm breeching that 60 year mark soon and was worried that I was not getting enough calcium, not to mention all the other vitamins, minerals, greens, etc that I was missing out on. Saw Flipmylife, researched the beejeezers out of it and thought, "why not, what could it hurt... Neal's doing it so it must be ok!" (Very much respect Neal McDonough!) I liked the ingredients and that it could give me what my diet was lacking. Ordered a variety of flavors, mixed my first breakfast smoothie and it was delicious! For the first time in a very long time I had energy to spare! Since being on it from November of 2025, I have gone down three pant sizes, 2 shirt sizes, lost almost 45lbs and gained muscle. It has helped me readjust my life style, eating habits and I feel better/stronger than I have in years. Now when I head out for a walk my dog is like "slow down mom!" I've been using the Flip 7 powder for several months now and the difference in how I feel is remarkable. I'm a 62yo woman who, once upon a time, worked with horses and all that that entails (maintaining fences, cleaning stalls, building maintenance, riding on a daily basis). A back injury sidelined that for a long time. Once that healed, I had no strength or stamina. A shake a day - my favorite is caramel macchiato with dark sweet cherries - and I'm moving and working almost as hard as I used to. And they taste great! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their health.

I love the Flip my Life Products for daily nutritional support. Flip 7 is one of the only plant based proteins that actually taste good. I wish the texture was easier to adjust but overall highly recommend if you’re new to supplementation or plant based protein shakes.

Well, we'll see how long this lasts every time I review them. I have tried them two weeks left it for a minute. And then went back for 2 more weeks.It has made me gain weight.And I cannot poop and I am so sorry, the guy who does not kiss. His wife thinks this is the best product ever. This is a terrible product, and like I said, we'll see how long my review lasts

The product is great. But the customer service and shipping ordeals have just made it not worth the trouble. Customer Service does not respond. Shipping of subscription still not arrived 15 days later and no expected arrival date is even available. The bigger they have gotten, the worse the customer service has become. And to boot, they are filtering the reviews on their website and Facebook pages which signals a significant lack of authenticity and honesty.

I have written the company 3 times trying to get some answers, no response. I had hoped for some weight loss, have actually gained weight and am constipated on the Flip7. No increase in energy. Been 2 weeks.

I m on my second bag of the chocolate protein powder. I m actually starting to notice a difference in the way my clothes fit and even better in the way I feel.
