Great company . Good quality flooring 👏👏Thankyou

Excellent value for money and delivery on point. Not like some other companies which charge ridiculous amounts to ship products. Keep up the good work.

The samples I ordered came quickly and a brochure was included of all flooring

Great helpful service from Dinusha when I needed to add a couple of items to my order I’d mistakenly missed off initially. Dinusha advised and secured the additional items and was professional and courteous throughout- looking forward to receiving our flooring and additional supplies next week

Great company. Despatched some samples out within a couple of days. Picked one we liked and Casey one of the sales team got everything quoted up for me with some good discounts and now awaiting delivery.
Many thanks

When I contacted the company, they emailed samples immediately. spoke to
Dinusha it was most helpful. gave us a good price and sorted everything out.

Absolutely amazing service from Casey fabulous discount price was fantastic great communication throughout nothing was to much trouble thank you

Everything went smoothly from my initial enquiry through to order placement
Just now waiting for delivery

Dinusha was very helpful and patient on the phone. She was easy to talk to and helped me decide exactly what I needed.

The tile was LVT type and the thickness I was dubious about. It was not a large order and the website stated it could be returned if not satisfied. I was not satisfied . I didn't open the boxes because I had a sample and compared to another brand which arrived a few days later that was much thicker. There were edges of the packaging torn a bit but over all intact. I sent back at my own cost using the same courier service which was use to send to me. (I of this in consultation with your team ). It arrived at your site and immediately refuse as describe as damaged. I received it back and yes there was more rips to packaging but not open . As I tried to go through your system without luck I decided to open it up. The tiles were not damaged at all. Completely intact. It feels as if they were never really going to accept it back. Honestly for 140 quid you going to do this.. I will never recommend you or your products . I have a home I am doing over.. It just seems so short sighted and not very serious or professional.

Casey was such a gem! After back and fourth emails due to my silly mistakes Casey was patient and made everything very easy! even managed to speed up delivery time for me!

Great service from Casey, sent me an email regarding my order and I had a question about the adhesive required. She responded promptly and I ordered the correct product. Very pleased. Thank you Casey

Brilliant, really simple to order, select a delivery date and it arrived on time. I must mention how helpful Casey was with my purchase, very prompt to respond to my questions and kept me updated.

I ordered through Dinusha Kiritharan directly - she couldn't have been more helpful - followed up with me and made sure I was getting the flooring I needed for the earliest possible date. Great price and great service.
