Received the wrong product - completely different to what I had ordered.
I ordered tactile ground indicating tiles, and I paid extra to have them sent to me by expedited post. After several days, I received a delivery of a totally different product. From the enclosed cart note , it was clear I was sent someone else’s order - which obviously had a different order number than my order - and for a completely different product which I did not order and I had no use for. So I had to go to the extra trouble and the extra expense for me of repackaging and then sending that product back to the company via the nearest post office, which is actually quite a distance from my home. I am still waiting for my product to arrive.

The product description was misleading
The product description was misleading. I purchased the "Watch Your Step" anti-slip mat. What arrived was a sticker. A sticker is not a mat. It should have been described as a "Watch Your Step" adhesive label.
