Originally bought flooring for half of…
Originally bought flooring for half of our living room and carpet for the other half. Happy with both flooring and carpet and the fitters were great, we liked the floor that much we decided to carry it on through the kitchen and hallway. The floor looks lovely however 90% of the beading in the hallway has come off leaving sharp pin like nails stuck out. All in all we spent over 2k which I know isn’t a lot to most people but it is to us. Since having the kitchen done I did need one more piece of the flooring which I did go back to the shop to see if they’d let me buy just the one piece as they have them out of the boxes on display to be told no and to pay for a full box which I found disappointing given we’d spent so much money there.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the beading in the hallway, as this is not the standard we aim for. We would always recommend getting in touch with the store so this can be looked into and resolved.
In regards to the additional piece, our flooring is supplied in full boxes from manufacturers, which is why individual pieces aren’t available for sale. We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your feedback.

Terrible Experience Where do we start
Where do we start. Nothing but problems from the beginning. Time lines and dates to dd work never met. Time after time let us down with promises which they never met.Our flooring was due to be done on the 15/12. After weeks of messing us about it was finally fit end of January. They sent someone round to assess how much flooring we needed and couldn’t even get that right.The staff in the showroom were arrogant. We paid a lot of money up front for not only flooring but carpets that never turned up on time. Given dates for fitting then being told they never said that. I would never recommend this company to anyone and certainly wouldn’t deal with them again.

The delays you experienced were due to supplier issues, which unfortunately were outside of our control. This time of year is particularly busy, and on occasion suppliers do not meet expected delivery times, which can impact scheduled installations.
We understand how frustrating this can be and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
In regard to the materials, we do not have any notes or records showing concerns raised at the time about quantities, but we would always encourage customers to raise any issues as early as possible so they can be reviewed.
We’re sorry again that your experience did not meet expectations.
DO NOT USE
We had used the company before for carpets so we didn’t think there would be an issue for laying hard flooring. Well that was a mistake! When purchasing we weee quoted a price for a contractor to lay the floor. We were told it would take two days with two people so needed to be that price. I refused and they dropped the price by £80 (that should have rung alarm bells). Our kitchen fitters had removed the current flooring including the boarding (as it was glued down) so I went to the store and said we were happy to pay for new boarding to be put down as there are points the floor boards are uneven. They said the fitter would decide that on the day. When he arrived he stated he would get this done on his own in one day. He said there was no need for boarding (even after I pointed the problem out). He worked all day and was extremely rude even when offered a drink. I was out when he left but sent me constant texts wanting payment even though I stated I wasn’t home and needed to see the floor. After a few days the flooring began to rise so I contacted the fitter and store. Both useless. I said I wanted him back to sort it. After 10 days he returned and said the store will not pay to be refitted with boards so all I can do is nail it down! I have two hills in my kitchen where the boards are raising. All the store say is that he is a contractor and not a member of the company! DO NOT USE!
So I responded to them via email (as suggested) with all the information required but after 10 days still not heard anything
